Most experts and pundits believe Joe Biden will never recover from the disaster that unfolded in Afghanistan this past weekend.
As Saigon fell at the end of the Vietnam War, Americans there had to be airlifted by choppers from rooftops after the Viet Cong took over in 1975.
But only weeks ago, Joe Biden assured the American people in a July press conference that our military withdrawal in Afghanistan would not be a repeat of the evacuation of the American embassy in Saigon.
That was a lie.
The Taliban not only took back control of Afghanistan in one weekend, but the Afghan military quickly became overwhelmed and capitulated to the Taliban without much of a fight.
In Kabul, hundreds of panicked Afghans swarmed the airport runway desperately seeking to flee the country by any means possible.
In one video, Afghans were seen falling to their death after clinging onto the side of the plane in what turned into a doomed attempt to flee the Taliban takeover.

The Biden administration has lost many allies – including even among staunch former friends – as a result.
Ryan Crocker, who served as Ambassador to Afghanistan under Barack Obama, said it’s an open question whether or not Joe Biden is fit to serve as President.
“I’m left with some grave questions in my mind about his ability to lead our nation as Commander in Chief,” Crocker told a local Washington state newspaper.
“To have read this so wrong – or, even worse, to have understood what was likely to happen and not care,” Crocker continued.
But it wasn’t just political allies who turned on Joe Biden.
The corporate-controlled media also offered harsh criticism of the way Joe Biden handled the situation in Afghanistan.
And now many believe that it won’t be long before the Afghanistan debacle causes everyone to admit Joe Biden’s legacy is sealed as a failed President.
