Silicon Valley AI mogul got hit with one horrific allegation that will make your blood run cold

A top artificial intelligence honcho faces one life-destroying allegation he can little afford.

Artificial intelligence has become a very controversial topic.

The people pushing have also come under intense scrutiny.

And a Silicon Valley AI mogul got hit with one horrific allegation that will make your blood run cold.

Sam Altman’s sister makes horrifying accusations

Artificial intelligence has been viewed as a vital tool for solving complex problems, as well as a volatile technology that could unravel civilization.

While the battle over AI has already begun, the people involved in creating the technology have also been put under the microscope.

Now OpenAI co-founder Sam Altman, 39, is the target of a shocking allegation.

His sister Ann, who goes by Annie, accused him of sexual abuse when she was a young child.

The Guardian reported that Ann Altman “has filed a lawsuit alleging that he regularly sexually abused her for several years, starting when they were children. . .Ann Altman has previously made similar allegations against her brother on social media platforms. In the court filing, her lawyers said she had experienced mental health issues as a result of the alleged abuse. The lawsuit is requesting a jury trial and damages in excess of $75,000 as well as legal fees.”

In response to the disturbing allegations, Altman released a statement that was co-signed by his mother Connie and brothers, Max and Jack.

The statement read, “Our family loves Annie and is very concerned about her well-being. Caring for a family member who faces mental health challenges is incredibly difficult. We know many families facing similar struggles understand this well. Over the years, we’ve tried in many ways to support Annie and help her find stability, following professional advice on how to be supportive without enabling harmful behaviors.”

That has made people wonder if the “mental health challenges” were the result of the alleged abuse, or if it was all a figment of her imagination.

The statement continued, “To give a sense of our efforts, we have given her monthly financial support, directly paid her bills, covered her rent, helped her find employment opportunities, attempted to get her medical help, and have offered to buy her a house through a trust (so that she would have a secure place to live, but not be able to sell it immediately). Via our late father’s estate, Annie receives monthly financial support, which we expect to continue for the rest of her life.”

Altman under fire

The financial support that she receives as well as the relatively low amount of the lawsuit have made others question the notion that this is simply a money grab.

Altman responded to that claim, “‘[I]n excess of $75,000’ is something required for this court, I believe.”

Altman added that “in case there is any doubt about the goal here, here is something Annie’s lawyer wrote to my lawyer: ‘Significantly, given our client’s tort claims involve sexual assault and sexual battery, we are allowed to seek punitive damages in this case under Missouri law. This means we will be allowed to seek discovery on Sam Altman’s net worth and present Sam Altman’s net worth to the jury for consideration on a punitive damages award. It is not often where we have a case involving childhood sexual abuse spanning many years of rape and incest where the individual Defendant has the ability to pay a nine-figure punitive damages verdict. That is a very real possibility here. Most sexual abuse cases take two years on average to litigate. I would expect based on my research that Mr. Altman’s net worth may exceed $1 Billion by the time we get to trial, if it hasn’t already.’”

The letter from the Altmans concluded, “We ask for understanding and compassion from everyone as we continue to support Annie in the best way we can. We sincerely hope she finds the stability and peace she’s been searching for.”

Needless to say, these allegations are deeply unnerving.

Altman has other legal issues on the horizon, too.

OpenAI and other platforms have been accused of copyright infringement because AI platforms are being fed copyrighted material in order to spit out information and content.

An OpenAI whistleblower claimed that the company was violating copyright law, and then he allegedly committed suicide under mysterious circumstances.
