Democrats are tripping over themselves to out virtue-signal each other over how much they claim to really care about the very real situation Ukrainian citizens are facing.
But they completely miss one major thing.
And Stacey Abrams made a Russia/Ukraine conflict comparison that will leave you seeing red.
Democrats like Stacey Abrams don’t seem to notice their hypocrisy when comparing the situation in Eastern Europe to our Republic in the United States.
Stacey Abrams was recently a guest on The Daily Show.
Host Trevor Noah sat down to talk to the Democrat star who’s running in the Georgia Governor race in 2022 on his Comedy Central program.
The two discussed the types of hilarious topics Comedy Central is known for, such as Russia invading Ukraine and Democrats’ assault against election integrity here in America.
After getting past the fact that Comedy Central, The Daily Show and Trevor Noah have given up all pretense of being funny and are nothing more than part of the far-left Big Media machine, viewers noticed Abrams made a shocking comparison.
Abrams compared the people fighting for Ukraine to Democrats fighting against voter ID laws.
“We are a stronger nation when we allow people to participate,” Abrams said. “And if we ever doubted that, the war that Putin is waging against Ukraine — President Zelensky said…this isn’t a war on Ukraine, this is a war on democracy in Ukraine. When we allow democracy to be overtaken by those who want to choose who can be heard, and those choices are not based on anything other than animus or inconvenience, then that is wrong.”
Abrams has been shouting from the rooftops that she won the 2018 Georgia governor race for the past four years.
However, the vote tally disagrees.
Republican Brian Kemp defeated Abrams by about 1.5-points, or about 55,000 votes.
Since her defeat, when not calling herself Governor, Abrams has been one of the leading voices of the Left’s movement to destroy trust in American elections.
She has worked to nix voter ID requirements, and wants indefinite early voting, no-excuse mail-in ballots and unregulated ballot drop boxes.
Former Georgia U.S. Senator Kelly Loeffler was quick to point out Abrams’ hypocrisy.
“Stacey Abrams is so self-absorbed that she just compared her push to undermine fair elections with Ukraine’s invasion by a murderous dictator,” Loeffler tweeted.

Abrams believes voters having to obtain valid voter ID and showing up on election day is equivalent to the lives lost in the hot war going on in Ukraine.
Last year, Georgia enacted an election integrity law.
The new law actually expanded the early voting period, but that’s not enough to satisfy Abrams and her radical leftist friends.
They oppose the fact that the law replaced signature verification on absentee ballots with an ID requirement and prohibited partisan groups from giving out gifts to voters waiting in line.
Abrams joined in with President Joe Biden saying the moves to ensure safe, fair and accurate elections was “Jim Crow 2.0.”
And to Abrams at least that is equal to the plight of people in the war in Ukraine.
