Stephen Miller made Fox News host’s jaw drop when he revealed this stunning truth about Biden’s DOJ

Stephen Miller slams Fox News host on live TV when he reveals shocking truth about Biden-era DOJ sabotage in deportation ruling victory.

Donald Trump’s top advisor isn’t afraid to speak his mind.

A Fox News host just learned that the hard way.

And Stephen Miller made Fox News host’s jaws drop when he revealed this stunning truth about Biden’s DOJ.

White House advisor exposes media lies about Supreme Court deportation ruling

White House advisor Stephen Miller appeared on Fox News’ America’s Newsroom on Monday, where he delivered a masterclass in how to handle the liberal media’s distortions.

Host Bill Hemmer tried to frame a recent Supreme Court ruling about an El Salvador deportee as a loss for the Trump administration, but Miller wasn’t having any of it.

“I want to correct that. I hate to do it, Bill. I have to correct you on everything you said. It was all wrong,” Miller fired back at the Fox News host.

The confrontation centered on the case of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an El Salvadoran national who was deported in March after being arrested in Baltimore.

Miller shocked viewers by revealing that reports about the case were completely backward.

“First, we won the Supreme Court case, clearly, 9-0,” Miller declared. “A District Court judge said unconscionably the President and his administration have to go into El Salvador and extradite one of their citizens. That would be kidnapping.”

For three days straight, mainstream media outlets have been lying about the ruling, claiming the Trump administration lost the case.

But according to Miller, the Department of Justice itself confirmed their total victory.

“DOJ called me after the Supreme Court ruling and said: ‘It is amazing we won the case 9-0, we are in excellent standing here,'” Miller revealed.

Miller exposes sabotage by Biden-era DOJ official

In a bombshell revelation that left Hemmer struggling to respond, Miller explained that a Democrat operative embedded in the Justice Department had deliberately sabotaged the case.

“A DOJ Lawyer who has been relieved of duty, a saboteur, a Democrat, put into a filing, incorrectly, that this was a mistaken removal. It was not. It was the right person sent to the right place,” Miller explained.

The White House advisor methodically dismantled the media narrative about Abrego Garcia point by point.

“He was not mistakenly sent to El Salvador. He was an illegal alien from El Salvador. In 2019, he was ordered deported. He has a final removal order from the United States. These are things that no one disputes,” Miller said.

Miller’s powerful performance proved once again why he’s been one of President Trump’s most effective communicators. When Hemmer finally managed to get a word in edgewise, he seemed completely outmatched.

“I want to ask you a question. Are you convinced he is still a member of MS-13? Your original charge,” Hemmer asked.

“Yes. But here is the thing, Bill. Yes, not only am I convinced of it, not only is El Salvador convinced of it,” Miller responded before dropping the hammer: “He is an illegal alien from El Salvador with a deportation order!”

The case that exposed the deep state’s desperate tactics

The Abrego Garcia case highlights the ongoing efforts by left-wing bureaucrats to undermine the Trump administration’s immigration enforcement.

According to court documents, Abrego Garcia was arrested on March 12 after picking up his five-year-old son. His attorneys claim his wife and three children are American citizens.

But the Department of Justice firmly maintains that the courts lack authority to compel the President or federal agencies to act in this matter, citing executive powers over foreign policy.

The Supreme Court agreed with the administration, ruling that the most a court could ever compel the government to do is “facilitate return” – meaning they wouldn’t block Abrego Garcia at the airport if El Salvador voluntarily sent him back.

Once in custody, he would immediately be placed in ICE detention and face deportation proceedings again.

Miller wasn’t afraid to put the Fox News host on the spot when Hemmer seemed to sympathize with the illegal immigrant’s plight.

“So Bill, you tell me what country should we deport him to? Tell me? Tell me, please, tell me,” Miller demanded, leaving Hemmer speechless.

The heated exchange is just the latest example of how the Trump administration is fighting back against media distortions on immigration policy.
