Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg was just delivered a massive setback in his case against Trump after this one mistake by Stormy Daniels, sending the Soros-backed attorney into a fit of rage.

Alvin Bragg thought he had his case against Donald Trump in the bag.

He alleges that former President Donald Trump falsified business records to hide a hush-money payment to Stormy Daniels.

This is despite the Federal Elections Commission throwing out their 2021 investigation into the matter believing no violations took place.

Jury selection was set to begin on March 25, but Trump’s legal team filed a motion to push the case back 90 days.

Trump’s team wanted a fair amount of time in order to review an 11th hour 15,000 page document dump that the prosecutors finally gave Trump access to.

At the center of this insanely ridiculous case, which even the DOJ and FEC refused to touch, is adult actress Stormy Daniels.

And she just threatened the framework of the entire lawsuit.

Daniels has been using her newfound fame since she first made headlines in 2016 going after Trump to make loads of money.

As the Manhattan case progresses in its development, she has used the news as marketing to sell new merchandise through her online store.

Previously, she failed to win a libel lawsuit that she filed against Trump due to him denying her claims on social media that he had sent an unknown man to threaten her in order to keep her quiet.

Despite this, she released a documentary with the so-called comedy director Judd Apatow, where she and the rampant Hollywood leftist used the series to attack Trump.

The objective was clearly designed to build as much sympathy for Stormy Daniels as possible just before Bragg’s trial against Trump began.

The documentary, released on NBC’s streaming service Peacock, is serving as one of the many avenues for Democrats and their media allies to paint the phony picture that she is just an innocent victim of Trump.

Throughout the documentary, she works overtime to try and tug on the heartstrings of viewers, accusing Trump of causing her to fall victim to multiple threats.

Also featured on the documentary was radical media leftist Jimmy Kimmel, who fawned over the adult actress for her ‘bravery’ despite her failures to succeed in court.

The biggest problem with this documentary was not the Hollywood manufactured sympathy machine working to rally support for Daniels, however.

It was the conveniently set release date, which was conspicuously set to one week before the jury selection for Bragg’s case.

Trump’s legal team is arguing that the documentary release date would taint the jury selection process, calling the move “unacceptable” as well as “prejudicial.”

The former President’s team asked the judge for a 90-day delay before the trial starts.

His legal team wanted a fair amount of time to review the tens of thousands of of documents that Bragg’s team waited until the very last minute to share with Trump.

They also contested the case’s timing due to the release of the documentary, pointing out that the timing of its release “would cause extraordinarily prejudicial – and unacceptable – pretrial publicity on the current schedule.”

They believed that the suspiciously timed release date could severely contaminate the jury pool for Bragg’s case against Trump.

“President Trump requires additional time to review [the documentary],” a court filing stated. “The Court must allow additional time for the prejudice from its release to abate prior to commencing jury selection.”

It is clear that Stormy Daniels is trying to milk the money cow from her 15 minutes of fame until it’s completely dry.

Little does she know that her attempts to remain relevant poses a serious threat to Alvin Bragg’s lawsuit against Trump, and could very well upend the entire case.
