Supreme Court just gave this “woke” judge a major shock that could change everything 

Judges are expected to act and conduct themselves in a distinguished way.

But judges can act as badly and boorishly as anyone else.

And this “woke” judge just got a major Supreme Court shock that could change everything for her.

There are countless reality TV shows dedicated to dumb criminals doing dumb things and getting into altercations with police officers.

But most people do not expect to see judges featured in these reality television shows.

Judge takes on cops in a spectacle worthy for TV

But that’s exactly where Atlanta Judge Christina Peterson found herself.

She starred in her very own episode of ‘Cops’ when she decided to fight police officers at an Atlanta nightclub.

A spokesperson for the Atlanta Police Department said in a statement, “[A police officer] noticed security at the location escorting a female out of the venue. While assisting security and attempting to de-escalate the situation, an unidentified female, later identified as 38-year-old Christina Peterson rushed toward the commotion and immediately started screaming at the security guard and the officer. Ms. Peterson then forcibly pushed the officer in the chest and kept swiping his hands away as he attempted to assist the female being escorted out.”

The body-cam footage released of the incident seems to confirm this account.

The statement continued, “Ms. Peterson pushed the officer in the chest again and that is when she was subsequently placed into custody. The arresting officer attempted several times to obtain the female suspect’s identifying information for processing purposes, however, she refused to cooperate. This caused a delay in the officer transporting her to jail. Upon further investigation, officers were able to later confirm her identity.”

Peterson was rude and abrasive throughout the entire ordeal, actions certainly unbecoming of a judge.

The statement concluded, “The officer was able to provide a Fulton County judge with probable cause, and secured arrest warrants for Ms. Peterson for Simple Battery Against a Police Officer and Obstruction of Law Enforcement Officer. Ms. Peterson was transported to the Fulton County Jail for processing and taken into their custody without incident.”

An outrageous defense

Without a leg to stand on, Peterson’s lawyer decided to float the ludicrous idea of a “coverup.”

Peterson’s attorney, Fulton County Commissioner Marvin Arrington, told reporters, “The coverup is always worse than the initial mistake. . .We already see inconsistencies in the officer’s statements.”

The classic coverup defense certainly seems like a bizarre plan considering what everybody saw on the bodycam footage.

But Arrington continued, “We’re asking anyone that was out there that night that may have taken a video to send it to us so that we can make sure that we have all of the information as we go forward. . .We look forward to the day of these charges being dropped and my client being exonerated.”

It seems Arrington and Peterson will search for any scrap of video to try and build this coverup narrative.

The Georgia Supreme Court weighs in

Unmoved by the defense strategy, the Georgia Supreme Court ruled that Judge Peterson should be removed from her position on the Douglas County probate court bench.

Georgia representatives of the court have been taking it on the chin in recent months.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis might have blown up her case against Donald Trump as a result of her affair with prosecutor Nathan Wade, who has further beclowned himself on a media tour.

And Fulton County Superior Court Judge Ural Glanville threw defense attorney Brian Steel in jail for contempt after he allegedly covered up an illegal secret meeting between Glanville and the prosecution team.

The ongoing Georgia court issues are just more proof that woke, Soros-backed leftist agitators should not be serving in their capacity as arbiters of justice.
