The 2024 election is neck and neck.

The election could come down to a narrow victory in several key swing states.

And Supreme Court Justices just pulled out a nasty surprise for Kamala Harris.

Kamala Harris’ Green Party problem

The far-left socialist Green Party has long been a thorn in the side of the Democrat Party establishment.

The Party rarely receives more than 1% of the vote, but sometimes that can be enough to cost Democrats in key states.

Green Party candidate Ralph Nader received much of the blame for Al Gore’s loss to George W. Bush in the historically-close 2000 election that was decided by a few hundred votes in Florida.

Nader defied his critics when he responded to accusations that he cost Gore the election, saying he hoped the loss would force the Democrat Party to start paying more attention to its progressive wing.

Nearly two decades later, Nader’s vision to force the Democrat party to the Left has come to full fruition.

But that hasn’t made the Green Party go away.

Green Party candidate Jill Stein was blamed for costing Hilary Clinton the 2016 election.

Now, Stein is back, and Democrats are terrified she will cost them the election once more.

Kicked off the Ballot

Nevada is one state that is firmly in play on the 2024 electoral map.

And the Nevada Supreme Court just handed Kamala Harris a gift.

The Democrat party sued to have Stein kicked off the ballot over a technicality involving paperwork.

A lower court had rejected the suit, but the Nevada Supreme Court overturned the ruling.

Now Stein will not appear on the ballot for the November election.

Democrats hope leftist Stein voters will now support Harris since they no longer have a Green Party option on the ballot, and that those additional votes will lead Harris to victory over Trump in the state.

A double-standard

While Democrat lawyers are working to force Jill Stein off the ballot, they are simultaneously working to force Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., who has since dropped out of the race, to stay on the ballot in several key states.

RFK Jr., the nephew of famous former Democrat President John F. Kennedy, had initially run as a Democrat.

He switched to Independent early in the year after the Democrat National Committee refused to hold any primary debates to avoid exposing the Joe Biden weaknesses that eventually cost him the nomination.

But after seeing the Democrat Party force Harris on the voters after the primary contest was over, RFK Jr. decided he had enough and was getting on the Trump train.

RFK Jr. has encouraged his supporters to vote for Trump to stop Harris, and he has requested his name to be removed from the ballot.

But Democrats believe keeping RFK Jr. on the ballot will hurt Trump, so that is what they are pushing for.

So Democrats want to force a candidate who doesn’t want to be on the ballot to stay on, while at the same time forcing another, who does want her name to appear, off the ballot.

It’s clear that Democrats have no principled position here, so Americans are witnessing their win-at-all-cost tactics at play.
