Joe Biden’s open borders are tearing at the safety and security of the entire nation.
Now one Republican border state Governor has figured out how to finally force Democrats to wake up.
And Texas Governor Greg Abbott has Democrats from the Atlantic to the Rockies slamming the panic button.
Unprecedented waves of illegal aliens have been pouring over the border, bringing untold quantities of dangerous drugs like fentanyl.
In office for barely over two years, Joe Biden has already allowed an estimated five million illegal aliens to cross the border.
Biden made sure his total lack of interest in doing anything about the crisis was conveyed perfectly by his decision to appoint Vice President Kamala Harris as the regime’s official Border Czar.
Carrying on the tradition of recent Democrat presidents, Joe Biden’s team strategically picked a VP that basically guaranteed Republicans would never really want to follow through with impeaching him fearing the alternative would be even worse.
As far as Harris goes, she has apparently decided to deal with the crisis by simply claiming it doesn’t exist.
In fact, both she and Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas have taken to regularly claiming “the border is secure.”
With the Biden Regime refusing to face reality, Republican Governors have been standing up for working class people in their states.
Now in Texas, Governor Abbott has activated the “National Guard and Texas Department of Public Safety personnel to safeguard the border and turn back would-be migrants from illegally crossing the border.”
An initiative he says is getting results.
“In just a few months, @TexasBorderCzar Mike Banks has done more to address the border crisis than ‘Border Czar’ Kamala Harris,” Abbott pointed out in a social media post. “Texans and Americans deserve a real Border Czar who will step up and face Biden’s border crisis head on.”
Governor Abbott also began shipping loads of illegal aliens to big blue cities just over a year ago.
“Texas has since bused over 17,300 migrants to self-declared sanctuary cities Washington, D.C., New York, Chicago, and Philadelphia, providing much-needed relief,” Abbot’s Press Secretary Andrew Mahaleris said referring to the relocation program that began in April last year.
Abbott shipped more than 200 buses—carrying 9,100 illegal aliens—to Washington, D.C.
He also sent more than 5,700 illegal aliens on over 115 buses to New York City, and additional 1,600 illegal aliens on more than 30 buses to Chicago, and at least 920 illegal aliens on more than 15 buses to Philadelphia.
He just expanded the operation to include buses headed for Denver.
Governor Abbot also had a special delivery for Vice President Kamala Harris: 30 illegal aliens dropped off at her residence in Washington, D.C, on Mother’s Day.
The program is seriously testing Democrats’ support of open borders.
Officials in Chicago, New York City, and Philadelphia have spent plenty of time loudly griping about the Texas Governor’s busloads of illegal aliens.
Governor Abbot responded to their whining by promising more of the same, telling New York, Philadelphia, and Chicago more illegals are on their way.
“There will be more coming,” the governor announced. “There will be more going to New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, and other places across the country.”
It seems the Lone Star State is dedicated to keep working this strategy until the lesson finally sinks in for Democrats.
