Scandals are piling up all around the Biden family.
This latest bombshell has the crime family sweating bullets.
Because a federal court made a surprising move that has the Biden Crime Family in panic mode.
With Joe Biden in the White House, Hunter Biden is having a difficult time keeping his shady business dealings hidden from the public.
Joe Biden is desperate to sweep this growing problem under the rug, especially with his approval ratings already at rock bottom.
However, a surprising verdict from a federal court in Manhattan will likely keep Hunter in the spotlight for some time, as Hunter’s best friend and business associate, Devon Archer, was sentenced to a year and one day in federal prison along with $15 million in forfeited money.
Archer and his co-defendants are also required to pay over $43 million in restitution charges, after Archer was charged for a $60 million bond scheme to defraud one of the poorest native American tribes in the country.
The group is accused of embezzling the Oglala Sioux’s bonds to build a financial services company.
After Archer was convicted of securities fraud and conspiracy for this criminal scheme in 2018, even though the prosecution pushed for 30 months in jail, an Obama-appointed judge opted for a lighter sentence.
But one of the other co-defendants received nearly 14 years in prison for the charges.
Text messages found on Hunter Biden’s laptop showed Archer complaining to Hunter about how he felt he was being targeted by Obama appointees and he needed the Biden family’s help.
Since Hunter considers Archer a part of the family, he assured him that he wouldn’t be deserted.
Even though Hunter hasn’t been accused of any wrongdoing in the case, according to a federal judge, his name was used in literature promoting the scheme.
This isn’t the only legal trouble for Hunter.
He’s also facing a federal investigation into his taxes.
This is why many legal experts say prosecutors could use Archer’s cooperation in the case against Hunter for a reduced sentence.
But given his deep ties to the Biden family – an infamous 2014 photo shows Hunter, Joe, and Archer playing golf while Joe was Vice President – it seems unlikely he’d be willing to work against Hunter.
Hunter and Archer previously worked together at the investment firm Rosemont Seneca and served on the board of a Ukrainian energy company named Burisma, despite them having no experience in these fields.
Archer also met with Joe Biden in 2014 for a lengthy meeting at the White House.
Joe then flew to a meeting in Ukraine in April, one day before Archer joined the board of Burisma.
Then, on May 13, 2014, Hunter joined Archer on the Burisma board for a no-show job that ended up paying him millions of dollars.
Since Archer is tied at the hip to Hunter’s corruption, his sentencing will give Joe a major headache he can’t afford as his son’s scandals keep growing.
