The View continued its efforts to push Democrat propaganda recently by going all-in on Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) as he emerged as a candidate to be the next Speaker of the House.
Of course, Jordan’s candidacy was ultimately torpedoed by ruling class RINOs who actively worked against what was in the best interests of working class Americans solely because they were butthurt that Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) was no longer Speaker.
But that didn’t stop co-host Sunny Hostin from attempting to assassinate Jordan’s character by claiming that when she testified in front of a Congress over a debate on allowing cameras in courtrooms in 2019, Rep. Jordan somehow “terrorized” her by asking follow up questions.
Needless to say he’s seen his fair share of people attempting to take him down but few have ended quite like this.
“I’ve had my own personal interaction with Jim Jordan where he terrorized me,” Hostin claimed. “I testified in front of Congress. He was, like, spitting — he was yelling at me so much that he started spitting.”
“I think when you have someone who, like Nancy Pelosi said, who supported an insurrection, who voted not to certify the election, who would then be second in command to the Presidency, Rachel Maddow said that yesterday, and I think it — we gasped,” she added.
But of course, much like her claims that Jordan would have been “second in command to the Presidency” had he been elected Speaker, Hostin’s entire story is patently false.
The Media Research Center’s Newsbusters obtained video of the hearing, and revealed that Rep. Jordan didn’t even question Hostin during her testimony, much less yell at her.
When it was his time to ask questions of those testifying at the hearing, Jordan focused on grilling disgraced former CNN analyst Jeffrey Toobin.
The only real run-in the Ohio Congressman had during the entire hearing came when Rep. Hank Johnson (D-GA) interrupted his questioning of Toobin in an attempt to run out Rep. Jordan’s time, prompting him to protest the interruption.
But even in that exchange, he certainly wasn’t yelling and spitting at anyone.
Nevertheless, despite being proven to have lied about her interaction with Jordan, Hostin also went on to fabricate a massive, despicable lie that claimed he was involved in some sort of sexual abuse scandal during his time as an assistant wrestling coach at Ohio State University.
Fortunately, ABC producers on the show forced Hostin to read a legal note to backtrack her outrageous smears against the Congressman.
Maybe Sunny Hostin can take some solace in knowing she set a new high-water mark for the number of lies a co-host of The View can have blown up in her face in one single episode.
