As usual, polls tend to tighten in the days ahead of the Presidential Election.
But no one could have seen this one coming.
And now the Democrat Party is freaking out after a poll is showing a huge blue state turning red.
Republicans haven’t taken the state of Nevada in a Presidential election since 2004.
And Democrats have been relying on its critical six electoral votes to clinch electors to add to the massive blue states like California and New York and put them over the top.
But a recent poll from Axios/Survey Monkey now has President Trump and Joe Biden in a virtual tie, with Nevada now being a toss-up for either party in 2020.
Nevada poll shows President Donald Trump and Joe Biden, the Democrat nominee, virtually tied among likely voters in the state.
The poll, conducted by Axios and the software company Tableau between September 24 and October 24, found that if the general election were held today, former Vice President Joe Biden would carry Nevada narrowly. In a head-to-head matchup, Biden only garners the support of 50 percent of likely voters, compared to 49 percent for Trump.
Democrats have been fearing this day, as it doesn’t come as much of a surprise.
President Trump has been polling better with Hispanics and other minorities than any other Republican in modern American history.
If Joe Biden can’t take Nevada, he will almost certainly need to win BOTH Michigan and Pennsylvania – both of which President Trump in 2016.
The closer we get to election day, the more we are seeing Joe Biden’s “inevitable victory,” according to the Fake News Media, disappear.
Both campaigns have been signaling and preparing for an incredibly close race.
And Nevada’s recent polls are just more evidence of that.
