The “New York Times” just launched the opening salvo in a war against Tucker Carlson

Tucker Carlson told a "New York Times" reporter to “f*** off” for asking him this question.

The New York Times tries to pass itself off as “the paper of record.”

But in recent years, The New York Times isn’t even trying to hide that they’re really “all the news that helps Democrats that’s fit to print.”

And now The New York Times just launched the opening salvo in the media giant’s war against Tucker Carlson.

The New York Times is a threat to our democracy”

Last week, Elon Musk started a trending topic on Twitter:

The New York Times is a threat to our democracy.”

There’s a reason for the tweet from the world’s richest man.

Independent journalist Alex Lorusso is reporting that the New York Times is publishing a hit piece meant to silence right-leaning voices.

The New York Times is launching a hit piece against 30 prominent conservatives,” Lorusso tweeted. “Including Tucker (Carlson), Benny (Johnson), Tim Pool, Ben Shapiro and others in an attempt to deplatform them from YouTube ahead of the election based on so called research by the fraudulent organization Media Matters.”

Times reporter Nico Grant sent the same message to many prominent non-woke voices in the media space.

Grant teamed with Media Matters – a far-Left organization founded by radical Clinton staffers – to find that the 30 “major creators” supposedly had 286 instances of “misinformation” from May to August of this year.

Of course, Media Matters was the judge over what constituted “misinformation.”

For example, Benny Johnson was accused of “misinformation” for saying that Democrats have “not closed the borders.”

Furthermore, Grant’s questions are all about YouTube’s response to the creators’ supposed “misinformation.”

But many of these creators are hitting back at what Ben Shapiro described as Big Media’s “October surprise” on behalf of the Harris-Walz campaign.

The New York Times wants these conservatives booted from YouTube

Shapiro posted an 11-tweet thread to twitter responding to the inquiry from the Times.

In his thread, Shapiro included headlines from the Times and suggested they’re in the back pocket of Kamala Harris.

“That’s the entire game here,” Shapiro tweeted. “Run an article in America’s ‘most trusted newspaper’ that declares pretty much every major conservative a purveyor of ‘misinformation’ on YouTube, thus strong-arming YouTube into taking action against conservatives.”

The Daily Wire co-founder signed off the thread by giving the Times a quote to run in its hit piece, “kindly, go f*** yourself.”

Tucker Carlson had a similar sentiment for Grant.

Carlson simply posted the text exchange he had with Grant.

“So, the New York Times is working with a left-wing hate group to silence critics of the Democrat Party,” Carlson texted Grant. “Please ask yourself why you’re participating in it. This is why you got into journalism? It’s shameful. I hope you’re filled with guilt and self-loathing for sending me a text like this. Please quote me.”

Following a snarky reply from Grant, Tucker told the supposed “journalist” to “f*** off.”

Meanwhile, Benny Johnson defended all of the flags Grant and Media Matters threw at his statements as true.

He also pointed out a history of New York Times bias, and the fact that Elon Musk is currently suing Media Matters.

The hit piece even went after America’s Mayor.

Media Matter’s so-called “research” found that Rudy Giuliani was the leading offender of “misinformation.”

They found 77 counts of what they believe to be Giuliani spreading “election misinformation” over the course of the five studied months.

Most of that was likely defending himself from bogus lawfare efforts against him.

This censorship attempt would be funny if it weren’t so dangerous.

But the joke may be on the Times.

Another target of the hit piece was the Babylon Bee.

Of course, the Babylon Bee is a comedy site that mocks the news – it is not a news website.

But that didn’t stop Grant from pointing to a series of Babylon Bee headlines that Media Matter found to contain “misinformation.”

It appears Media Matter, Nico Grant, and The New York Times have a bad case of misinformation/joke confusion.
