The NFL Network just said something about Aaron Rodgers that will leave conservatives furious

Kennedy/Rodgers 2024?

For better or worse, President Joe Biden has Kamala Harris on the ticket with him.

Since all but clinching the GOP nomination, one of the major talking points of the 24-hour news cycle has been speculation over whom former President Donald Trump will select as his running mate.

And third-party candidate, Robert F. Kennedy doesn’t want to be left out of the conversation, so Kennedy dropped some big names he claims are on his Vice-Presidential shortlist.

Kennedy name dropped wrestler-turned Governor of Minnesota Jesse “the Body” Ventura as a potential running mate to the New York Times.

However, RFK Jr. wanted to add a name with a little more relevance.

So, he also mentioned All-Pro quarterback Aaron Rodgers as someone he might want on the ticket with him.

Rodgers has spoken positively of Kennedy in the past.

But the sports reporters who cover the National Football League haven’t had much positive to say about Rodgers ever since he spoke out against the league’s vaccine mandate policy.

And now with RFK Jr’s talk of Rodgers as a Vice Presidential candidate, the NFL Network is having a lot of fun at the expense of the New York Jet’s signal caller.

NFL Network mocks Aaron Rodgers

On the NFL Network’s Free Agency Frenzy, for some reason, Tom Pelissero felt it necessary to bring up the possibility of Rodgers running with Kennedy – despite Rodgers not being a free agent this offseason.

“The good news: elections are on a Tuesday,” Pelissero said. “That’s normally players’ day off, so he’d be available to watch the results roll in.”

Mike Garafolo responded by lowering his head and put his hand over his face to hide his laughter.

Ian Rapoport wasn’t able to hide his laughter.

The show’s anchor Andrew Siciliano couldn’t help himself from cracking a joke at Rodger’s expense.

“As long as he’s not Surgeon General,” Siciliano joked.

At that point Rapoport and Garafolo busted out with big laughs.

Rodgers’ body, Rodgers’ choice

During the seemingly never-ending COVID pandemic the legendary quarterback — a young, healthy athlete helming the Green Bay Packers at the time — fought for freedom to decide what medicines go into his own body.

The Super Bowl winner’s stance caused a controversy at the time.

So much controversy, one sportswriter refused to cast an MVP vote for Rodgers and the four-time MVP was consistently mocked on ESPN.

Rodgers remains outspoken in his objections to vaccine mandates.

In an interview on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast, he detailed how the NFL threatened to not pay players if they did not comply with the league’s desired COVID vaccine policies.

He also said vaccinated players had full rights and privileges, while unvaccinated players were kept on a tight leash.

One thing is for certain, the left-wing media is apoplectic about big pharma skeptics, given where so much of the money propping them up comes from.

Just consider the unfortunate slip up on word choice by MSNBC’s Katy Tur in the video above.
