And now the Supreme Court has just issued a ruling that will plaster a smile on Trump’s face and leave Democrats shaking.
Supreme Court allows transgender troops ban to stand
Sanity and common sense carried the day at the Supreme Court when the six Republican appointed justices smacked down a leftist judicial coup when a lower court judge appointed herself both the Secretary of Defense and Commander-in-Chief.
This radical Democrat Judge granted herself the power to set military readiness standards and blocked President Trump’s transgender troop ban, even though the Supreme Court ruled in Trump’s first term that such a ban was perfectly legal.
President Trump scored a decisive win at the Supreme Court when the majority lifted the lower court’s injunction.
“The application for stay presented to Justice Kagan and by her referred to the Court is granted,” the order read. “The March 27, 2025 preliminary injunction entered by the United State District Court for the Western District of Washington, case No. 2:25-cv-241, is stayed pending the disposition of the appeal in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and disposition of a petition for a writ of certiorari, if such a writ is timely sought.”
The Court’s three Democrat Judges, Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, and Ketanji Brown Jackson, also would have allowed the block on the transgender troop ban to continue.
Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth’s job is to carry out President Trump’s reform agenda at the Pentagon.
That includes dropping woke ideology – which Democrats used to turn the military into a laboratory of social engineering – and instead restoring it as the guiding light to equip America’s warfighters with every resource necessary for the world’s most lethal fighting force.

President Trump’s executive order banning transgender troops wasn’t controversial at all.
Trump wrote that under Joe Biden, “the Armed Forces have been afflicted with radical gender ideology to appease activists unconcerned with the requirements of military service like physical and mental health, selflessness, and unit cohesion.”
The President also went on to point out that current Defense Department Policy ensures that military members are “[f]ree of medical conditions or physical defects that may reasonably be expected to require excessive time lost from duty for necessary treatment or hospitalization.”
Transgender surgeries inflict medical conditions on troops that render them unfit for duty for sustained periods of time as they recover from the cosmetic procedures.
President Trump insisted that in addition to the medical burdens he said transgender troops place on the military, transgenders also failed the armed forces requirement that troops conduct themselves in an honorable and truthful manner since they are living a lie with regards to their sex.
“Beyond the hormonal and surgical medical interventions involved, adoption of a gender identity inconsistent with an individual’s sex conflicts with a soldier’s commitment to an honorable, truthful, and disciplined lifestyle, even in one’s personal life. A man’s assertion that he is a woman, and his requirement that others honor this falsehood, is not consistent with the humility and selflessness required of a service member,” the order added.
