During his four years in office, Donald Trump appointed three new Justices to the Supreme Court, giving conservatives a majority on the Court.
The Democrats were hoping this day would never come.
But the Supreme Court just issued a major ruling that left the Democrats in despair.
The Supreme Court refused to take action on an appeal by abortion mills to block a Texas law from going into effect that in practice bans abortions after six weeks.
The legislation is called the “heartbeat bill” because it bans abortion after a heartbeat is detected in the baby, which usually occurs around 6 weeks.
The Texas Heartbeat Act is now in effect!
Texas is officially the first state EVER to enforce a heartbeat law!
God bless Texas.

In other places, the moment it’s passed the lower courts always race to block the bills citing the precedent of Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey.
But since the Supreme Court didn’t act on this appeal, the law was allowed to go into effect in Texas, making it the first one in the country to become law.
Even though the law doesn’t outright ban abortions, it allows a Texas resident to file a civil lawsuit against abortion mills and doctors that perform “criminal abortions.”
In refusing to block the law, the Supreme Court justices in the majority wrote:
“The applicants now before us have raised serious questions regarding the constitutionality of the Texas law at issue. But their application also presents complex and novel antecedent procedural questions on which they have not carried their burden. For example, federal courts enjoy the power to enjoin individuals tasked with enforcing laws, not the laws themselves,” the opinion stated.
“And it is unclear whether the named defendants in this lawsuit can or will seek to enforce the Texas law against the applicants in a manner that might permit our intervention. The State has represented that neither it nor its executive employees possess the authority to enforce the Texas law either directly or indirectly. Nor is it clear whether, under existing precedent, this Court can issue an injunction against state judges asked to decide a lawsuit under Texas’s law,” the majority justices concluded.
As expected, the radical left is infuriated over the Supreme Court’s ruling.
