George Soros just got jerked up short.
And conservatives are hoping the latest development will help them hold out against the leftist billionaire’s schemes.
Now the Supreme Court just threw a monkey wrench in George Soros’ plan to rig the 2024 election.
Groups funded by George Soros have been working frantically to unravel Arizona’s election integrity laws.
But the Arizona State Supreme Court just ruled that Soros’ minions failed to get their scheme to make it easier for Democrats to rig elections on the ballot.
The Open Society Foundation wanted to eliminate almost all rules governing elections in time for the 2024 Presidential election.
The new law would have automatically registered anyone as a voter when they applied for a driver’s license and would have kept the state from removing inactive voters from their rolls.
It would have also “allowed” state officials to count postmarked ballots that arrived after the polls closed on Election Day allowing more time to “cure” ballots with improper signatures.
Shockingly, it even banned the state from auditing the election results.
Of course, Soros funded lawyers are furious about the ruling.
“In reversing itself today, the trial court has done something never done before in Arizona initiative practice and which is not authorized by statute,” the Soros-back group’s legal team complained. “It has allowed initiative challengers to strike individual signatures under (the law), for any reason, AND allowed them to benefit from the invalidity rate calculated by the County Recorders’ random sample that the challengers DID NOT include in this lawsuit.”
The lawsuit filed to stop Soro’s election rigging in its tracks was filed by the Arizona Free Enterprise Group.
“The other side knew it too, and that is why their lawyers tried to get the court to adopt a rigged methodology to calculate the final number of valid signatures that would sneak their disqualified measure onto the ballot,” the group’s statement declared.
The Soros-backed group’s blatant effort to undermine election integrity shows how far leftists think they can go in a society that’s become increasingly jaded against all things political.
Thankfully, the rule of law is still prevailing in Arizona and shut down planned election rigging.
We can only hope other states will follow suit.
