“The View” made a stunning about-face on Donald Trump that will put your jaw on the floor

All is not well at ABC and it’s manifesting in one surprising way with the harpies on The View.

No network television show in history has spread more outright misinformation than The View.

The show’s co-hosts spend much of their daily airtime apologizing and issuing corrections for blatant lies they pulled out of thin air.

And now The View has made a stunning about-face on Donald Trump that will put your jaw on the floor.

A change of pace?

Like every other mainstream “news” show, The View serves as a major cog in the Democrats’ propaganda machine, constantly recruiting Democrat talking points and fabricating narratives and attacks against their political opponents.

As such, they’ve had no bigger target to attack and smear for nearly a decade than President Donald Trump.

But since he was elected to a second term in November, The View’s co-hosts have strangely scaled back their unhinged attacks on him, choosing instead to focus on attacking Trump administration officials, like Elon Musk.

And oddly enough, it was all by design.

According to a report from The New York Post, the show’s executive producer, Brian Teta, urged the co-hosts to take a different approach with President Trump this time around.

“One source close to the show’s co-hosts — Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin, Sara Haines, Alyssa Farah Griffin and Ana Navarro — said the fear and loathing is partly because Brian Teta, executive producer of the daytime gab-fest, spoke to staffers about ‘going easy’ on Trump-related commentary in the days leading up to the 47th President taking the oath of office,” The Post reported.

Of course, that new direction has next to nothing to do with the show, or ABC for that matter, potentially scaling back on spewing blatant left-wing propaganda rather than focusing on reality here on planet Earth.

As a matter of fact, it has everything to do with the massive amount of money ABC is losing, thanks to The View and other Democrat talking heads employed by such “mainstream” outlets.

Shortly after the 2024 election, ABC was forced to settle a $16 million defamation suit brought by Trump after former Clinton lackey turned media talking head George Stephanopoulos falsely claimed a New York jury found Trump guilty of “rape,” even though that never happend.

But that hasn’t stopped The View from attacking other figures within the Trump administration.

Not learning their lesson

In fact, in one post-election episode, the show’s co-hosts were forced to devote ample amounts of airtime to reading three separate legal notices after they pushed blatantly false claims that would’ve otherwise opened them up to additional lawsuits.

For instance, Sunny Hostin had to correct herself and read a legal notice after she regurgitated completely unsubstantiated accusations of “sex trafficking” against President Trump’s original nominee for Attorney General, former Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), even though the Biden Justice Department found no evidence with which to charge him after an extensive investigation.

“I have a legal note,” Hostin confessed. “Matt Gaetz has long denied all allegations and has not been charged with any crime.”

Later on in the same episode, Hostin was also forced to read a second legal note after she pushed additional baseless accusations of “sexual assault” against Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth.

“Also, another legal note,” Hostin said. “Pete Hegseth’s lawyer said he paid [his assault accuser] in 2023 to head off the threat of a baseless lawsuit. He has denied any wrongdoing.”

And finally, Hostin read a third legal note during the hour-long show after fabricating a narrative that Trump donated to then-Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi’s campaign in order for her to drop a supposed investigation into Trump University.

“Both Trump and Bondi have denied allegations of a quid pro quo that his past donation played any role in her office’s decision not to take legal action against Trump University when she was attorney general of Florida,” Hostin also said on-air.

Obviously though, nothing is going to truly stop The View from continuing to push left-wing propaganda so long as they’re allowed to remain on-air.

But at the rate they’re going, it might not be long before The View burns the entire ABC network to the ground.
