A pair of young blonde up-and-comers caused a major swimsuit sensation.

Their bikini-clad trip down the runway left the crowd speechless.

And these blonde twins broke the Internet after their jaw-dropping swimsuit show for this national magazine.

Twins Hanna and Haley Cavinder make a burning hot debut for Sports Illustrated

Sports Illustrated barely avoided a shutdown earlier this year when it found a last-minute buyer in Minute Media.

The magazine’s iconic swimsuit issue lost its way after it went woke by putting a transgender German pop star on the cover and then 81-year-old lifestyle guru Martha Stewart on the cover.

Now Sports Illustrated’s new publishers are trying to move the magazine into the digital age and back in the right direction.

That’s why they launched a digital edition of the iconic swimsuit edition that appears to be back in line with their core audience’s expectations.

And to kick things off, two of the most well-known athletes in women’s college sports made a sizzling hot debut for the magazine.

Twins Haley and Hanna Cavinder walked the runway at the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Show at the W South Beach hotel as part of Miami Swim Week.

And the buxom blonde twins left little to the imagination with their choice of swimwear.

The 23-year-old Cavinder twins were also joined on the runway by models like Brooks Nader, Camille Kostek, and Hunter McGrady.

Haley and Hanna Cavinder return to Miami for their final season of college basketball

The recent advent of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL), which allowed athletes to earn money for promotions, was a game changer for the Cavinder twins.

Haley and Hanna were basketball players at Fresno State University, where they used their bubbly personalities and striking good looks to build a massive following on the wildly popular Communist Chinese social media app TikTok during the pandemic.

The twins transferred to the University of Miami, where they became some of the first athletes to sign NIL deals after it was legalized in 2021.

It’s estimated that they earned $2 million in NIL deals after inking endorsement deals with major companies like Dr. Pepper.

During the 2022–23 season, they led the University of Miami’s women’s basketball team to the Elite Eight in the NCAA tournament before losing to the eventual National Champion, the LSU Tigers.

The twins retired from basketball after that year, and it appeared that their next step would be the WWE after they signed an NIL deal with the company.

But it turned out they couldn’t leave their first love, basketball, behind.

Hanna came out of retirement to return to the University of Miami for her final year of eligibility.

And Haley, who had committed to the TCU Horned Frogs – near her boyfriend, Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson – decided to return to Miami with her.

“Given the news yesterday that my sister was returning to play ball at Miami and after careful consideration and thought, I’ve decided to return to the University of Miami and play with Hanna for our final and 5th year,” Haley posted on social media at the time.

Haley and Hanna Cavinder used the advent of the NIL era in college sports to turn themselves into stars.

And their Sports Illustrated debut took them higher.
