Karine Jean-Pierre has been struggling to keep her head above water as Joe Biden’s chief propagandist.
She thought that if she just kept reading from her massive notebook of pre-written responses all of the pressure would somehow just go away.
But now this Biden regime official uttered two words that immediately put Karine Jean-Pierre on the hot seat.
Throughout President Joe Biden’s classified documents scandal – well, at least since the regime’s cover up failed last month – Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre has been forced to face the pressure cooker that’s supposed to be the White House Press Corps for the first time.
After having Democrats’ lapdog media allies in her back pocket for a good six or seven months, Jean-Pierre thought she could continue getting away with ducking questions, ignoring reporters’ questions, and her claims that the Biden regime is somehow never actually responsible for anything.
But to the credit of a surprising percentage of the White House Press Corps, her claims that the Biden regime is somehow the most transparent administration in American history have been met with a flurry of questions about the lack of transparency regarding the classified documents scandal.
In fact, Jean-Pierre herself repeatedly told reporters throughout the first few weeks of the ordeal that the regime’s search for classified documents were complete and they had found all of the documents in Biden’s possession, only to have more documents pop up within a matter of hours.
Recently, the Press Secretary was asked how the American people should take the fact that the regime that claims to be transparent attempted to cover up the classified documents scandal.
“What should the public take away from the fact that you are keeping information like that from the public?” the reporter asked.
As expected, though, Jean-Pierre merely ducked the question and directed the reporter to ask White House Counsel’s office spokesman Ian Sams, who was supposedly outside the briefing room carrying out dueling press conferences, such questions.
“I’m just not going to comment on anything that is related to what is currently happening,” Jean-Pierre replied. “This is a legal process. As you just mentioned, my colleague was right outside these doors answering many of your questions.”
But curiously, that wasn’t the only time the Press Secretary directed reporters to talk to Sams – she just happened to do so every time she was asked about the classified documents.
“What is the current number of documents bearing classified markings that have been found in the President’s residence in the Senate offices?” a reporter asked.
“I would refer you to the White House Counsel’s office,” Jean-Pierre responded.
So considering the fact that Karine Jean-Pierre repeatedly referred reporters to Sams and the White House Counsel’s office for any questions regarding the scandal, logic and reason would dictate that the reporters would actually get answers to their questions from him – right?
That’s not how the incredibly “transparent” Biden regime does business, though.
Instead, the reporters who followed Jean-Pierre’s instructions were simply told by Sams that they needed to talk to the Biden Department of Justice – a move clearly designed to give the legacy media the runaround.
Regardless, one of the questions Sams did actually answer was over the regime’s transparency – or more accurately, lack thereof – but rather than continue the charade, he shrugged off the question, saying that the Biden regime has been “pretty transparent.”
“I think we’ve been pretty transparent from the very beginning with providing information as it occurs throughout this process,” Sams said.
Putting aside the fact that it is utterly insane for any Biden regime official to claim with a straight face that they have in any way, shape, or form been transparent, even though The New York Times has fully reported the details of their coverup, simply saying the regime has been “pretty transparent” is undoubtedly a shot at Karine Jean-Pierre.
As mentioned, she’s received the brunt of the pressure from those in the legacy media actually willing to question the Biden regime, and considering she either chose to lie to the press, or was intentionally kept out of the loop so she could unknowingly lie to the press, her credibility is already shot with the White House Press Corps.
They already had no reason to trust what she says, and the fact that another Biden regime official would kneecap her efforts simply adds fuel to the fire.
And now, Karine Jean-Pierre may just want to get comfortable in the hot seat, because it seems as though she may be in it for a while.
