Something strange is happening in corporate-controlled newsrooms across America.
Many so-called “journalists” are actually beginning to openly question the Biden administration’s incompetence.
And this CNN talking head just chopped Joe Biden off at the knees with one statement.
Whether it’s all-time high gas prices, skyrocketing Bidenflation, or food shortages, President Joe Biden wants everyone to know it’s not his fault – it’s Vladimir Putin’s fault.
It doesn’t matter if his stated mission for years has been to “end fossil fuels,” or if he has unilaterally put more restrictions on domestic oil production than ever before and severely depleted our nation’s oil supply, thus sending demand and prices skyrocketing.
Or if he flooded the economy with TRILLIONS of dollars that were printed out of thin air, destroying the value of the dollar and sending inflation through the roof.
Or if he was a chief proponent of global lockdowns and sanctions that have resulted in global food shortages.
Virtually every issue facing America today that President Biden and Democrats cannot blame on “racism,” or “white supremacy,” or any number of left-wing excuses, is exclusively the result of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine.
“Putin’s Price Hike” has become the official slogan of the Biden Presidency, as saying it over and over in the hopes Americans eventually buy it is literally their only hope in the Midterms so long as Bidenflation continues to be voters’ far and away top concern in every poll.
But that last-ditch, Hail Mary strategy of just blaming “Putin’s Price Hike” becomes a proverbial suicide mission the moment Biden’s allies in the Fake News Media start telling the truth.
And that’s exactly what happened recently on – of all outlets – CNN, when the network’s chief business correspondent, Christina Romans, admitted President Biden’s “Putin Price Hike” excuse is just nonsense.
“Well, if it’s Putin’s price hike, he’s called it, and then he was talking about refiners need to be refining more oil, although, long term, the strategy of this administration is that they don’t want them refining more oil,” Romans explained. “They want them to use other kinds of resources. So, there [are] a lot of different kinds of messaging strategies, I think, at play here and some of them are kind of working at cross-purposes.”
Unlike every other talking head in the corporate-controlled media, Romans actually took the two seconds of critical thought it takes to realize that Joe Biden is a walking, talking contradiction.
As Romans explained, if Biden believes Putin is to blame, the answer is obvious – ramp up domestic oil production across the U.S. in order to increase the nation’s oil supply, thus cutting the cost of gasoline.
But President Biden, and Democrats in general, have stated publicly that their goal is to end fossil fuels entirely as soon as possible, and their policies are preventing American oil companies from producing more oil so they can ease the burden on the American people.
It’s clear what is happening here – Joe Biden and Democrats are intentionally driving up the price of oil and gas in order to force Americans to suffer long enough that they buy an electric car they can’t afford, and fully implement the Left’s radical “Green New Deal” agenda.
Fortunately, though, CNN isn’t the only ally turning on the Biden regime.
On top of blaming Putin, Biden has also targeted American oil companies, blaming their “greed” for his gas crisis, and demanding they slash prices and eat massive losses, even if it meant going bankrupt leaving thousands of Americans jobless.
He took it a step too far, though, when he chose to attack owners of gas stations – more than 60% of which are independently owned by individuals or families who own a single store, according to the National Association of Convenience Stores.
“My message to the companies running gas stations and setting prices at the pump is simple: this is a time of war and global peril,” Biden tweeted. “Bring down the price you are charging at the pump to reflect the cost you’re paying for the product. And do it now.”
That tweet from Biden prompted an unexpected lesson on basic economics from possibly the most likely source – Amazon founder, and owner of The Washington Post, Jeff Bezos.
“Ouch. Inflation is far too important a problem for the White House to keep making statements like this,” Bezos tweeted in response. “It’s either straight ahead misdirection or a deep misunderstanding of basic market dynamics.”

This is the surest sign yet Joe Biden’s hopes for re-election are crumbling.
Left-wing radicals and traditional liberal Democrats alike are jumping ship, and the entire Party appears to be in a freefall for the first time in modern history.
Soon, there may be nothing left for President Biden to do other than just walk away.
