More underage children have access to the internet than ever before.

And that means children have become exposed to increasingly dangerous content, which threatens their safety, and their lives.

And this one dangerous urban trend left two mothers grieving after their children did one unthinkable act.

This dangerous and deadly urban trend just took another victim, causing parents to panic

Children have always participated in deadly trends, thinking that doing so can make them more popular or badass.

But with the dawn of the internet, children from increasingly younger ages have tried to emulate the people they see online.

And all too often this means they end up participating in very dangerous challenges and trends.

These trends range from something as harmless as eating a whole spoonful of cinnamon, to eating tide pods, which can easily kill you.

Another viral internet trend is Subway surfing.

This involves young people climbing on top of a subway train and riding it like a surfboard.

Kids will sometimes try to ride on top of the trains from station to station, even jumping between cars as they zoom down the track.

This dangerous trend has killed hundreds of children over the years, especially in New York City, which has one of the longest subway systems in the world.

And recently, two girls tried the subway surfing craze and fell off of a train in Queens, New York.

One of the girls died after falling off the train, and the other remains in critical condition with serious head injuries.

The horrific accident happened late at night, leading authorities to ask why their parents were not looking for their children.

After all, most parents would not allow their children to be running around New York City unaccompanied late on a Sunday night.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams responded to this tragedy, claiming, “Heartbroken to hear that subway surfing – and the pursuit of social media clout – has stolen another life.”

“We are doing everything we can to raise awareness against this dangerous trend, but we need all New Yorkers – and our social media companies – to do their part, too. No post is worth your future. My prayers are with the families of both girls,” the embattled New York City Mayor added.

As Mayor Adams noted, this trend has taken the lives of hundreds of New Yorkers, especially young people who like to copy people they see on social media.

Parents simply must do a better job of keeping watch over their young children

This most recent horrific tragedy emphasizes the importance of keeping an eye on your children.

In cities across the nation, too many parents allow their children to run wild through the streets at all times of the day and night.

Not surprisingly, these children often find themselves in all sorts of trouble, from participating in risky and dangerous activities, committing crimes, or becoming the victims of horrific crimes.

And New York City has become one of the most dangerous cities in America, with rapes, muggings, beatings, and murders happening daily.

It is up to parents to ensure that their kids are at home, go to bed at a reasonable hour every night, and go to school the next day.

Unfortunately, too many parents these days are all too willing to shirk their responsibilities and allow their kids to do whatever they please.
