As most everyone is aware by now, New Mexico Democrat Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham recently chose to employ Democrats’ COVID playbook in an attempt to unilaterally abolish the people of New Mexico’s Second Amendment rights.
Governor Lujan Grisham effectively abolished the Second Amendment in the city of Albuquerque by declaring a “public health emergency” that banned the open or concealed carry of firearms in public after deranged criminals – who would have already been put in jail or a mental institution if not for Democrats’ pro-criminal and pro-mental illness policies – engaged in multiple shootings that resulted in the deaths of children.
How easily millions of Americans were controlled during COVID taught Democrats, like the New Mexico Governor, that declaring a “public health emergency” was basically a free pass to enact whatever authoritarian nightmares the ruling class elites could dream up.
While Lujan Grisham argued that such a violation of citizens’ Constitutional rights was in their “best interest,” she also openly admitted the jaw-dropping truth about such a move, though.
After facing criticism for attempting to unilaterally abolish Americans’ Constitutional rights from all angles, including some of her fellow Democrats, Governor Lujan Grisham fully confessed that she knew criminals would not follow such an authoritarian decree, all but outright admitting that this entire ordeal was simply meant to render law-abiding Americans defenseless.
Everyone should watch this because if you thought her order was idiotic, wait until you hear her try to explain it.

That was obviously more than enough for many to call for the Governor to face impeachment, but that may end up being the least of her problems.
As FBI whistleblower Kyle Seraphin, who testified before Congress about the bureau leadership’s political bias against conservatives, pointed out on X, Lujan Grisham could be impeached for violating 8 USC 241, the Conspiracy Against Rights criminal statute under which Democrats have indicted former President Donald Trump for challenging the 2020 election.

Special Counsel Jack Smith, of course, is attempting to use 8 USC 241 to claim that Trump and his associates engaged in a “conspiracy” to deprive Americans citizens of their right to vote.
But as Seraphin suggested, with Governor Lujan Grisham actually depriving New Mexico citizens of their Second Amendment rights, her and all of her lackeys who participated in making her order a reality could not only be removed from office, but also face a similar indictment to that of Trump – should Republicans decide to actually fight fire with fire, that is.
Democrats, like the Special Counsel and Fulton County Democrat District Attorney Fani Willis, have firmly established the precedent that anyone who is even accused – whether it’s a credible accusation or not – of depriving Americans of their Constitutional rights, and all those who were involved in the effort whatsoever, should face up to life imprisonment and never hold office again.
And there’s literally no one with a functioning brain who could argue that Michelle Lujan Grisham, and all of her staffers, haven’t deprived New Mexico citizens of their Constitutional rights.
But with elected Republicans across the nation continuously proving to be completely unwilling to actually hold Democrats accountable, this will all probably be an afterthought by week’s end.
