Joe Biden’s administration continues down the path of blatant lawlessness and rejection of the Constitution.
But now Biden’s facing more scrutiny from the courts that aren’t letting his administration get away with criminal actions.
Red states are finally taking concrete efforts to combat the disastrous border crisis caused by Joe Biden’s open border policies.
It’s now become obvious that Biden isn’t going to secure the border and stop the record flood of illegal immigrants, illegal drugs, criminals, and even terrorists that are pouring across the border into our nation.
So a number of Republican Governors are now taking effective actions to try and stem the flow of illegals.
Even Texas’ establishment Republican Governor Greg Abbott finally felt enough pressure from conservatives to start taking actions.
And Abbott has done so, which has Biden and his cronies up in arms.
Abbott administration started installing concertina wire barriers in highly trafficked areas to try and stop illegals from crossing into Texas from Mexico.
These actions by the Texas government are an attempt to save their very state.
That’s because during Joe Biden’s first two years in office, more than 2.6 million illegal aliens tried to enter the country through the Rio Grande Valley, Laredo, Del Rio, Big Bend, and El Paso Sectors of the Lonestar State.
Conservatives such as Tucker Carlson had ripped into Abbott for not deploying the National Guard to stop the mobs of illegal aliens from entering Texas.
And while he still hasn’t taken that action, Abbott finally responded by setting up the wire barriers.
But that action was unacceptable to Joe Biden who simply can’t stand it when anyone defies him.
And he certainly can’t accept anyone who believes in securing our nation’s borders.
So the Biden administration began doing what it does best, breaking the law and violating his oath of office.
Biden’s federal forces began cutting up the wire barriers allowing illegal aliens free passage into America once again.
Conservative Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and the Texas Public Policy Foundation sued the Biden administration for doing so.
This led to U.S. District Judge Alia Moses issuing a temporary restraining order which blocks the administration from destroying the wire barrier.
The judge wrote that a secure border is in the “public interest” and that it “demands effective measures to prevent the illegal entry of aliens at the Mexican border.”
Judge Moses also blasted the Biden administration saying the destruction of the wire barrier by the feds would “facilitate rather than prevent unlawful conduct.”
The complaints about Joe Biden’s lawlessness are growing.
They stem from the fact that it’s not just that Joe Biden doesn’t believe in enforcing immigration law, but rather actually takes active measures to violate the law.
Finally, some red state Governors and the courts have said “enough!” and are taking action.
The Hamas attack in Israel, and renewed terrorist threats here in the U.S. have brought new awareness about the national security threat of Joe Biden’s open border policies.
