The Biden regime has undoubtedly been one of the most lawless in American history.
Democrats simply don’t believe the rules apply to them.
But a guest on Tucker Carlson’s show revealed the impeachment offense that may takedown Joe Biden.
Since President Joe Biden took office, more illegal aliens have flooded across the southern border than at any point in American history.
With more than five million illegal aliens breaking the nation’s immigration laws to enter the country, the Biden border crisis has turned into, by definition, the largest invasion in history.
Of course, it may very well be that within a matter of months, Americans are begging to go back to this level of illegal immigration, as President Biden is set to end Title 42, the Trump-era COVID policy that allowed for illegal aliens to be quickly deported back to their home countries to await the processing of their immigration status in the name of public health.
That fact led Fox News Tucker Carlson to invite on former Trump senior advisor Stephen Miller to ask why Republican Governors, like Texas Governor Greg Abbott, didn’t just secure their own states’ borders by sending in the National Guard.
As Miller pointed out, based on Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution, Republican Governors do have that authority, as they are experiencing the definition of an invasion and by refusing to address the issues, the Biden regime has abdicated its role.
“Well, I would argue that the appropriate Constitutional remedy is Article IV, Section 4, which says that the government clearly has the obligation to protect any state in this country against invasion and domestic violence,” Miller explained. “It does not say that that has to be in the form of a nation-state actor. In other words, the Constitution doesn’t say it has to be a state-led invasion. It’s any large-scale, unwelcome, uninvited entry into a country. That, or into a state. That would provide the Constitutional predicate for exactly what you’re describing.”
But Miller didn’t stop there.
In fact, he went a step further, and argued that President Biden’s refusal to secure the border, much less address the aforementioned invasion in any way, shape, or form is an impeachable offense.
“I would also suggest it would provide the Constitutional predicate for the Supreme Court, if they had the moral courage, to strike down this entire scheme, which is a blatant violation of our entire Constitutional Republican form of government,” Miller argued. “Let’s be very clear. When Joe Biden put his hand on the Bible and swore an oath to take care of the laws be faithfully executed, to uphold, protect, and defend the Constitution, and to ensure a Republican form of government to every state, he has violated every single one of those commitments. I will also add this: If that’s not an impeachable offense, I can’t imagine what would be.”
Obviously, Miller is spot on with his analysis of the situation on a Constitutional basis.
There’s no denying it, Joe Biden has totally betrayed the American people, his oath of office, and committed impeachable offenses – that much is clear.
What’s not clear – as Miller alluded – is whether the Supreme Court or Republican House majority will actually do anything about it.
The Supreme Court recently ruled that Title 42 could stay in effect until an upcoming hearing before the Justices in February.
What happens then is anyone’s guess.
