Joe Biden tried to distract the American people from his massive failure in Afghanistan.

But it didn’t work.

That’s because the top brass of the U.S. military just exposed one big lie Joe Biden told about Afghanistan.

The head of U.S. Central Command Lt. General Kenneth McKenzie, Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley recently testified before Congress about Joe Biden’s botched withdrawal from Afghanistan.

Based on their testimony, Joe Biden lied to America during this interview with George Stephanpoulos.

STEPHANOPOULOS to BIDEN in August: Your military advisers wanted you to keep 2,500 troops…

BIDEN: No they didn't! That wasn't true.

Gen. McKenzie in September: I recommended that we maintain 2,500 troops, and 4,500 in fall 2020. pic.twitter.com/lYi0s4Hhze

During the hearing, Generals McKenzie and Milley both admitted that Joe Biden lied to the American people in August when he said no one recommended keeping troops in Afghanistan.

According to General McKenzie’s testimony, he specifically recommended that Joe Biden leave 2,500 troops in Afghanistan.

“I won’t share my personal recommendation to the president, but I will give you my honest opinion and my honest opinion and view shaped my recommendation,” McKenzie told the Senators. “And I recommended that we maintain 2,500 troops in Afghanistan.”

General Milley also testified that he also recommended both Donald Trump and Joe Biden leave 2,500 U.S. soldiers in Afghanistan.

In fact, Milley said he held the view “back in the fall of 2020, and remained consistent throughout, that we should keep a steady state of 2,500 and it could bounce up to 3,500, maybe, something like that, in order to move toward a negotiated solution.”

Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, who also testified before the Senate committee, confirmed that Joe Biden definitely received these recommendations from Generals Milley and McKenzie.

“Their input was received by the president and considered by the president for sure,” Austin admitted.

Based on their testimony, Joe Biden lied when he said no one recommended keeping troops in Afghanistan.

Unless he didn’t remember the conversation.

After all, Joe Biden is clearly suffering from a sharp decline in mental faculties.
