Alina Habba has become one of the most well-known of Donald Trump’s attorneys.

But Habba is done.

And Trump attorney Alina Habba was just removed from a Trump case for reasons that will leave you in shock.

Allen Weisselberg, Chief Financial Officer of the Trump Organization, just informed Democrat Judge Arthur Engoron that Armen Morian was getting tapped to represent him, and that Alina Habba was no longer his attorney.

“IT IS HEREBY CONSENTED THAT MORIAN Law PLLC, 60 East 42nd Street, Suite 4600, New York, NY 10165, be substituted as counsel of record for Defendant, Allen Weisselberg, in place and stead of Habba Madaio & Associates LLP, 112 West 34th St, 17th & 18th Floors, New York, NY 10120,” stated the filed notice.

Weisselberg, being associated with Trump and his company, was another target by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, who seems only interested in going after Trump and his allies.

Bragg has already scored a victory against 76 year old Weisselberg, having the CFO locked up at Riker’s Island due to a plea agreement where Bragg manufactured the narrative that his compensation from the Trump Organization was actually a crime.

He is also facing an additional five month sentence as a result of a plea agreement with Democrat New York Attorney General Letitia James due to perjury in his testimony during her civil fraud lawsuit against former President Donald Trump.

This was the case where the same Democrat judge, Engoron, slapped Trump with a near half of a billion dollar judgment.

Alina Habba, however, ensured Trump supporters that the reason she was departing Weisselberg’s counsel was not for sour reasons.

She even told Newsweek that she sees Weisselberg as a “dear friend.”

But Habba has stepped up as the point person in defending Donald Trump in the politically-motivated court cases against him, as well as in the media

And she has been more vocal and involved now than ever before due to Democrat prosecutors working overtime to use their positions to try and go after Trump by weaponizing the judicial system.

Her commitment to defending Trump is clearly her top focus, and she made it very clear with Jesse Watters on his Fox News show where she taunted Letitia James after an appeals court reduced Trump’s $464 million bond set by Engoron down to just $175 million.

“So, what happened today was that Letitia had to eat every single tweet she has posted since the day the twisted order from Judge Engoron came out with the ridiculous number with the disgusting injustice on the American people, not just Donald Trump,” celebrated Habba.

A big part of her confidence is due to her belief that once the appeal is completed, the courts will eventually throw the entire judgment out the window due to the fact that it was a baseless lawsuit where nobody was defrauded.

The executives of the banks James claimed to be victims of Trump have repeatedly testified that they actually wanted to do more business with him.

“I hope she took a little piece of humble pie today because that’s what was served to her,” taunted Alina Habba. “Just a little, but we’ll be… serving a lot more of that in the next couple of years.”

With Habba off of the Weisselberg case, she can now commit her entire focus to defending Trump.

So it’s safe to expect seeing her more on cable TV, especially as Alvin Braggs bogus case nears its start date.
