The Jeffrey Epstein case has been shrouded in mystery and cover-ups since day one.
Now a Trump Cabinet member is blowing the lid off what really happened.
And Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick dropped one bombshell about Epstein blackmail videos that sent shockwaves through the Swamp.
Commerce Secretary contradicts DOJ’s official Epstein narrative
Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick just delivered a haymaker to the Department of Justice’s carefully crafted narrative about Jeffrey Epstein.
During a Wednesday interview on the New York Post’s "Pod Force One" podcast, Lutnick didn’t mince words about his former neighbor.¹
The DOJ concluded back in July that there was "no credible evidence" that Epstein blackmailed prominent individuals or kept a "client list."
Lutnick called that assessment dead wrong.
"This guy was the greatest blackmailer ever, blackmailed people. That’s how he had money," Lutnick told journalist Miranda Devine.²
The Commerce Secretary didn’t stop there – he laid out exactly how Epstein’s operation worked.
According to Lutnick, powerful figures like Prince Andrew and Microsoft founder Bill Gates got massages from Epstein on his private island.
"They participated. That’s what his MO was. ‘Get a massage, get a massage.’ And what happened in that massage room I assume is on video," Lutnick explained.³
A spokesperson for Gates immediately pushed back, telling the New York Post that Lutnick’s claims were "absolutely false" and that Gates only discussed philanthropy with Epstein.
But Lutnick has something the DOJ doesn’t – he actually lived next door to this monster.
Former neighbor witnessed Epstein’s disturbing setup firsthand
Here’s where Lutnick’s testimony gets really damning.
When he visited Epstein’s house as a neighbor, Lutnick saw a massage table located right in the center of one of the rooms.
Epstein got "weirdly close" to Lutnick and bragged that he got the "right kind of massage" every day.
That was enough for Lutnick and his wife.
"In the six or eight steps it takes to get to his house to my house, my wife and I decided that I will never be in the room with that disgusting person ever again," Lutnick said.⁴
"So I was never in the room with him socially, for business, or even philanthropy. That guy was there, I wasn’t going because he’s gross."
The Commerce Secretary’s reaction tells you everything you need to know about what was really going on in that house.
And it raises serious questions about how Epstein managed to get such a sweetheart deal from prosecutors back in 2008.
Epstein only received 18 months in prison despite being a serial sex offender – and he was allowed to leave jail during the day to go to his office and receive visitors.
Lutnick thinks he knows why.
Trump Cabinet official suggests massive cover-up involving compromising videos
Look, here’s what Lutnick is really saying – and it should make every American furious.
The Commerce Secretary believes those compromising videos of powerful people were traded away in exchange for Epstein’s ridiculously light sentence.
"I mean, he’s a serial sex offender. How could he get 18 months and be able to go to his office during the day and have visitors and stuff? It must’ve been a trade," Lutnick explained.⁵
"So my assumption is, and I have no knowledge, but my assumption is there was a trade for the videos because there were people on those videos."

Think about that for a moment.
A sitting Cabinet Secretary is suggesting that federal prosecutors may have agreed to an 18-month sentence for a serial sex offender in exchange for evidence that could have brought down other powerful people.
If Lutnick is right, that means justice was literally traded away to protect the elite.
Meanwhile, President Trump has been completely transparent about his relationship with Epstein.
Trump said he ended his friendship with Epstein after the financier "stole" spa workers from Mar-a-Lago, including Virginia Giuffre, who was then 16-17 years old working as a spa attendant when she was recruited by Maxwell.⁶
Even Epstein’s longtime partner, Ghislaine Maxwell, told U.S. Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche that Trump was a "gentleman in all respects" and she "never" saw him in an inappropriate setting.⁷
Lutnick made it clear he hasn’t discussed Epstein with President Trump – these are his own observations as someone who witnessed Epstein’s operation up close.
The contrast couldn’t be clearer.
You had Trump, who cut ties the moment he realized what Epstein was up to.
Then you had the DOJ under previous administrations, apparently willing to let a serial predator walk free.
And now you have the Biden Justice Department trying to convince Americans that there’s nothing more to investigate about Epstein’s blackmail operation.
Lutnick’s firsthand account proves they’re lying.
For too long, the American people have been told to trust the DOJ’s version of events when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein.
But when a Trump Cabinet official with direct knowledge of Epstein’s operation calls them out, maybe it’s time to start asking why the Justice Department is so determined to keep this case buried.
The truth about Jeffrey Epstein’s blackmail ring is finally starting to come out.
And it’s about time.
