Washington, D.C. looked like a militarized warzone on Wednesday for Joe Biden’s inauguration.
The Democrats and the Fake News Media claimed that the more than 26,000 troops stationed in D.C. were there to protect Joe Biden from “right wing extremist” groups and individuals who may attack the Capitol during the inauguration.
But Tucker Carlson just exposed the truth about why Joe Biden had over 26,000 troops guarding his inauguration.
An unprecedented 26,000 troops were sent to Washington, D.C. for Joe Biden’s inauguration.
For comparison – as Fox News’ Tucker Carlson pointed out – not only is this more troops than are currently stationed in Iraq and Afghanistan combined, but it’s also more than the number of troops used to protect the Capitol after Martin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated in 1968.
“No living American has seen a moment like the one we’re watching now; 26,000 soldiers, that’s more than five times the number of American military personnel currently stationed in Iraq and Afghanistan combined. That is more than twice the number of troops that President Lyndon Johnson ordered to Washington in April of 1968,” said Carlson.
But then Tucker Carlson went on to reveal the real reason why Biden had so many troops in D.C. for his inauguration.
As Carlson pointed out, it wasn’t anything to do with providing security, as everyone knows the Fake News Media was hyping the right wing “terrorist” threat.
According to Carlson, it was all about power and fear.
“So no matter what they are telling you, those 26,000 Federal troops are not there for your safety,” said Carlson.
“Instead, unmistakably, the Democratic Party is using those troops to send the rest of us a message about power: ‘We’re in charge now.’ We run this nation from Honolulu to our colony in the Caribbean, and everything in between very much, including where you and your family live. Do not question us. Men with guns enforce our decrees, we control the Pentagon,” Carlson finished.
