While vacationing at his home in Delaware over the weekend, Joe Biden approached a small group of his supporters while riding a bicycle.
Biden came to a complete stop and began talking to the group.
But then out of nowhere Biden completely fell over from what appeared to be him forgetting his foot was still in the pedal clip.

The video of Biden falling off his bicycle has picked up more than 23 million viewers on Twitter.
Biden falling over without any prompting, according to Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy, meant that he no longer possessed the physical or cognitive capabilities to carry out his duties as President.

It’s not just Republicans who are questioning Joe Biden’s ability to serve as President.
Even his allies on the Left are openly wondering if his declining mental faculties will prevent him from running for President in 2024.
In an interview with the New York Times, former Obama top strategist David Axelrod noted that if Biden served two full terms, he would be closer to 90 years old in 2028, which would be a major campaign liability in 2024.
Biden’s embarrassing fall off of his bicycle while standing still will only increase concerns among Democrats about the prospect of Joe Biden seeking a second term in 2024.
