With less than six weeks until Election Day, Whoopi Goldberg and the co-hosts of The View are ratcheting up their insanity.
They’re determined to use their middling platform to amplify the most unhinged, deranged, and downright dangerous attacks against Donald Trump possible.
But Whoopi Goldberg was left mortified when this attack against Donald Trump came back to bite her.
“Cut this crap out”
For roughly 24 hours after the first attempted assassination against former President Donald Trump, Democrats and their media allies carried on with the charade that they supported turning down the temperature on overheated political rhetoric and attacks.
In that brief moment in time, they at least pretended as though they recognized that spending the better part of a decade relentlessly labeling a politician and his supporters as the worst humans imaginable and a “clear and present danger to the United States,” as President Joe Biden put it, was destined to end terribly.
But of course, then came the second attempted assassination against Trump.
And unlike the first, Democrats and their media allies have effectively done everything they can to pretend as though it never even happened.
As a matter of fact, they’ve simply doubled-down on their violent, divisive rhetoric against Trump – even though all the evidence has indicated that the second would-be assassin was literally fueled to madness by that very rhetoric.
To make matters worse, this time they’re even going so far as to weaponize the second assassination attempt against the former President in an effort to blame him for a deranged Democrat activist attempting to take his life.
That reality hasn’t escaped Trump’s running mate, U.S. Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH), who recently pointed out that the immense threat to Trump’s life, and lack of any perceived threat to his opponent, would seem to indicate that Democrats and their media allies should tone down their dangerous rhetoric against him.
“You know the big difference between conservatives and liberals is that no one has tried to kill Kamala Harris in the last couple of months, and two people now have tried to kill Donald Trump in the last couple of months,” Vance explained. “I’d say that’s pretty strong evidence that the left needs to tone down the rhetoric and needs to cut this crap out.”
But as evidenced by the unhinged co-hosts of The View, that’s not going to happen any time soon.
Democrats live in an alternate reality
Despite the would-be assassin’s long history of feverishly regurgitating all of Democrats and their media allies’ talking points against Trump on social media, his lengthy history of donating to Democrats and left-wing causes, constant use of Vice President Kamala Harris’ claim that “democracy is on the ballot,” and so much more evidence, The Views’ Whoopi Goldberg claimed the would-be assassin’s motive is still somehow unknown while also chastising Trump for pointing out the aforementioned evidence.
“The motive behind the gunman arrested in an apparent assassination attempt against the former president is still under investigation, but it hasn’t stopped the Republican candidate and his running mate from putting the blame on President Biden and Vice President Harris,” Goldberg ranted.
Worse yet, Goldberg went so far as to attack Senator Vance, claiming that he and Trump are somehow to blame for a deranged Democrat activist taking her and her fellow Democrats’ words to heart.
“J.D. clearly you haven’t been to one of your boss’ rallies because you believe this insanity,” Goldberg added. “So, quit blaming folks until you decide to take a look at what’s coming out of your mouth. You didn’t want to tell people that it was a lie that you’ve been talking about when you’re sending people to go against folks in the community in Ohio. You know it’s a lie.”
Apparently, Goldberg is under the impression that Trump and Vance’s efforts to shine light on the chaos unfolding in cities like Springfield, Ohio, as a result of the Biden-Harris open border agenda is more to blame for the divisive political landscape than Democrats’ eight-year effort to paint Trump as the biggest supervillain in world history.
“Stop this thing,” Goldberg said. “You know, let’s stop this both-sides stuff because it’s not correct! It is not both sides! It is one clear side. And you can point to many many reports, you can point to all kinds of stuff that’s been reported. You guys have to pull it back. This is not us or them. This is you got to stop doing what you’re doing, J.D.! And what you’re doing, Mr. T!”
Whoopi Goldberg and her fellow Democrats can deflect all they want.
But it doesn’t change the reality that all of their lies and distortions have now fueled multiple attempted assassinations against Donald Trump, and will likely result in even more.
