Nancy Pelosi maintains a razor-thin majority in the House.
Biden’s constant string of failures are setting Democrats up for a massive defeat in 2022.
And you won’t believe the shocking truth one of Nancy Pelosi’s key allies in the House just revealed.
Nancy Pelosi’s life is a disaster running the U.S. House.
Not only does she have to deal with a slim majority, but Democrats are also fighting internally over how far Left to push Biden’s agenda.
And now, California Democrat Congresswoman Jackie Speier, one of Pelosi’s key allies in the House, just announced she’s stepping down and retiring in 2022 after serving 14 years in Congress.
Speier’s Congressional District is directly south of Pelosi’s District in San Francisco.
Like Pelosi, Speier’s been a radical Leftist in Congress.
However, Speier let a shocking truth slip during a recent interview with a local reporter.
“Were you at all concerned about running again in that kind of an environment?” the interviewer asked.
“I’ve spent the majority of my years in Congress in the minority Party so that did not have any impact on my decision,” Speier responded.
Speier mentioning that she spent the majority of her career in the minority when asked about her 2022 retirement decision is essentially an admission that the atmosphere looks gloom for Democrats in next year’s Midterm elections.
With Speier announcing her retirement, there are now 20 Democrats who aren’t running for re-election next year, which serves as an indicator of which way the political winds are blowing.
Many Democrats are choosing to throw in the towel rather than sit powerless in the minority during the next Congress.
Polling already shows Democrats trailing in battleground districts across the country.
And Speier’s retirement is only the latest in a drumbeat of bad news for Nancy Pelosi.
