MyPillow Guy Mike Lindell Just Scored the Victory Fox News Paid $787 Million to Bend the Knee On

Fox News fired Tucker Carlson in the fallout of the 2020 election.

That move was costly enough and it was allegedly part of the Dominion lawsuit settlement that Fox also wrote a $787 million check to make go away, when the MyPillow Guy told them to pound sand and held out for five years.

Now find out what it just cost Dominion to finally walk away.

What Just Happened in Federal Court

On June 22, 2026, Liberty Vote Holdings – the company that bought Dominion Voting Systems last fall – filed a four-page motion in federal court in Washington, D.C., asking to dismiss every single claim against Mike Lindell and MyPillow with prejudice.

With prejudice means forever.

They cannot refile.

They cannot try again with different language.

The case is dead.

"Each party shall bear its own attorneys' fees, expenses, and costs," the filing read.

Translation: Dominion doesn't get a dime.

The original lawsuit, filed in February 2021, demanded $1.3 billion from Lindell and MyPillow over his claims that Dominion machines helped rig the 2020 presidential election.

Lindell never stopped saying it.

He never stopped fighting.

And he never wrote a check.

Why This Dismissal Hits Differently

Here's what makes this moment significant for every conservative who watched the post-2020 lawfare machine grind up Trump's allies one by one.

Fox News panicked and paid $787.5 million in 2023 – settling the morning jury selection wrapped up, before opening statements ever started.

Rudy Giuliani settled.

Sidney Powell settled.

Mike Lindell stood there for five and a half years and refused.

"This has been five years of just an attack on MyPillow and myself," Lindell said.

He estimates the fight cost him roughly $20 million in legal fees.

He described the dismissal as "a blessing" – and then made clear he is not stopping.

"I'm still going after them," Lindell said. "I don't care if it's sold to Liberty Vote or whatever. All machines have to go and I'm not stopping, and they know that."

That is not the language of someone who folded.

The Dominion Rebrand Tells You Everything You Need to Know

Dominion didn't drop this lawsuit because they ran out of lawyers.

In October 2025, former St. Louis city elections director Scott Leiendecker purchased Dominion and rebranded it as Liberty Vote Holdings – with a stated mission to prioritize paper-based, hand-marked ballots.

Think about what that means.

The company that sued Mike Lindell for $1.3 billion for saying voting machines were dangerous was bought by a Republican who agreed voting machines were dangerous – and then dropped the lawsuit.

Lindell has been saying for years that 132 other countries have moved to paper ballots.

He's been called a conspiracy theorist for it.

The Fight Isn't Completely Over

Lindell is still facing a separate case from Smartmatic, another voting technology company.

A judge ruled last September that he defamed Smartmatic – and the damages question hasn't been resolved yet.

A Colorado jury also awarded former Dominion executive Eric Coomer $2.3 million in damages after finding Lindell defamed him personally.

The Pillow Guy has taken real hits in this fight.

But the main event – the $1.3 billion sword Dominion hung over his head for five years – is gone.

And when Lindell was asked about Fox News settling for $787 million while he walked away free, he didn't gloat.

He just asked a question.

"I wonder what Fox News thinks."
