Pennsylvania Democrat Chris Rabb just brought that same agenda onto Sean Hannity's own show.

Rabb Tells Hannity the Constitution Doesn't Cover Modern Policing
Chris Rabb is the Democratic Socialists of America-backed nominee running for Pennsylvania's 3rd Congressional District.
He sat down with Sean Hannity on Hannity this week to explain his position on cash bail.
Rabb wants it gone entirely.
When Hannity pushed back and asked how that squares with basic public safety, Rabb didn't retreat.
He went further.
"Long before there was any notion of policing, we had founders that did not even understand that term," Rabb told Hannity – his way of arguing the Constitution simply doesn't govern how police operate today.

A man running for Congress just told a national television audience that the framework protecting your community from criminals is obsolete because George Washington never saw a patrol car.

Rabb Says 99 Percent of Police Work Isn't Even About Catching Criminals
Rabb didn't stop at the Founders line.
He told Hannity that 99 percent of what police actually do has nothing to do with "going after the bad guys."
That's not a policy critique.

Rabb has a documented history of likening officers to the Klan, telling Hannity that his family in the South "couldn't trust the police because they were largely part of the Klan."

Ask any cop working a night shift in Philadelphia what happens when repeat violent offenders walk out the door with no bail and no consequences.
They reoffend.
They reoffend fast, and they reoffend against your neighbors.
Democrats Already Tried This Once and America Is Still Paying For It
Democrats ran the "defund the police" playbook across American cities in 2020, and the results were not theoretical.
Homicides spiked, response times collapsed, and officers walked off the job in cities that slashed their budgets.
Congressman Clay Higgins has spent years pointing to exactly that data, tying the Democrat-driven push to defund police directly to the crime spikes that followed in city after city.
Rabb isn't offering a new idea.
He's offering the same failed experiment with new packaging, wrapped in a constitutional argument designed to sound intellectual instead of radical.
Don't let the Founders talk fool you.
The Constitution didn't need to name-check squad cars because the principle behind law and order – protecting citizens and their property from criminals – hasn't changed since 1789.
Rabb knows that.
He's using academic-sounding cover to justify a position his own party already learned is political poison.
What This Means If Voters Send Rabb to Congress
Pennsylvania Republicans and law enforcement groups are already treating Rabb's Hannity appearance as a gift, and it's easy to see why.
Democrats nationwide have spent the last two years trying to distance themselves from their own 2020 defund-the-police statements as those clips resurface in competitive races heading into the midterms.
Rabb just handed his opponents a fresh one, on tape, in his own words, with no ambiguity about where he stands.
If he wins PA-3, he doesn't just bring an opinion to Washington.
He brings a voting record in waiting – on bail, on police funding, on every crime bill that crosses the House floor – built on the belief that the men who wrote the Bill of Rights have nothing to say about whether violent criminals stay locked up.
Your neighborhood pays for that belief in break-ins.
Small businesses pay for it in shattered windows and empty registers.
Families pay for it when a repeat offender who should still be behind bars is instead back on the street because a judge had no bail to set.
Chris Rabb didn't misspeak on Hannity's set.
He said exactly what he believes, on camera, to Sean Hannity's face, and voters in Pennsylvania now know precisely what a vote for him actually buys.
