Attorney General Bondi is bulldozing through Democrat-created obstacles at every turn, showing zero tolerance for their political interference.
Bondi refuses to be bullied.
And Pam Bondi delivered a bombshell promise to Fox News’ Judge Jeanine that has Democrats trembling in fear.
Trump administration stands firm on national security
President Donald Trump has made securing the border and removing dangerous criminal aliens his top priority since taking office.
In a bold move to protect American citizens, Trump recently invoked the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 after designating violent Latin American gangs, including Tren de Aragua and MS-13, as foreign terrorist organizations.
This decisive action allowed the administration to expedite the removal of these dangerous gang members by bypassing lengthy immigration hearings that often give criminals opportunities to delay deportation for years.
When two planes carrying more than 250 members of these violent gangs took off from the United States bound for Honduras and El Salvador, the administration was fulfilling its promise to put Americans’ safety first.
But as has become routine, a Democrat-appointed judge attempted to derail the President’s agenda.
D.C. District Court Judge James Boasberg, an Obama appointee, issued a temporary restraining order on deportations under the Alien Enemies Act and even ordered planes that were already in midair to return to the United States with the gang members on board.
Bondi draws a line in the sand
The Trump administration refused to be intimidated by this judicial overreach, allowing the flights to continue to their destinations on the grounds that the judge’s ruling had no jurisdiction outside United States airspace.
When Attorney General Pam Bondi appeared on Fox News with Judge Jeanine Pirro, she didn’t mince words about the administration’s response to this judicial intervention.
“He’s attempting to meddle in national security and foreign affairs, and he can’t do it,” Bondi said. “What he’s done is an intrusion on the President’s authority.”
When Pirro directly asked if the Trump administration would continue to deport criminal illegal aliens despite the judge’s order, Bondi’s answer was crystal clear.
“Absolutely,” Bondi said. “These are foreign terrorists that the president has identified and designated them as such, and we will continue to follow the Alien Enemies Act.”
This unambiguous statement sends a powerful message that the administration will not allow a single district court judge to override the President’s constitutional authority to protect national security and conduct foreign affairs.
White House exposes coordinated judicial resistance
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt has been equally forceful in calling out what appears to be a coordinated effort by Democrat-appointed judges to obstruct the President’s agenda through judicial activism.
“I would like to point out that the judges in this country are acting erroneously,” Leavitt said in a news briefing. “We have judges who are acting as partisan activists from the bench.”
Leavitt pointed out the shocking disparity in how judges have treated Trump compared to his predecessor. She noted that federal courts have issued an unprecedented number of nationwide injunctions against Trump’s policies.
“It’s incredibly apparent that there is a concerted effort by the far left to judge shop, to pick judges who are clearly acting as partisan activists from the bench in an attempt to derail this president’s agenda.”
The Press Secretary called on the Supreme Court to rein in these activist judges who are undermining both the executive branch and the will of the American people who elected President Trump to implement precisely these types of policies.
Democrats panicking over Trump’s resolve
Judge Boasberg’s ruling has sparked significant controversy, with some members of Congress even filing articles of impeachment against him for overstepping his authority.
Representative Brandon Gill (R-TX) has led the charge, arguing that judges have no constitutional right to dictate national security policy or foreign affairs to the President.
The Trump administration’s firm stance has left Democrats in a state of panic. They had counted on activist judges to block the President’s immigration enforcement policies, but are now faced with an administration willing to fight back against judicial overreach.
El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele confirmed that his country received 238 members of the Tren de Aragua gang from the United States, announcing they were “immediately transferred to CECOT, the Terrorism Confinement Center, for a period of one year (renewable).”
With the administration vowing to continue deportation flights despite judicial interference, the message is clear – the days of illegal aliens and their enablers running roughshod over American sovereignty are over.
The American people elected President Trump to secure the border and remove dangerous criminals from our communities, and his administration is delivering on that promise despite the roadblocks being thrown up by activist judges.
