Dan Bongino used to put his life on the line to protect the President of the United States.
In his new role, he will be out for justice against those who have broken the law in wronging the President.
And now, on his way out the door, Bongino has shocked his fans by dropping this surprise announcement.
Dan Bongino comes out from behind the microphone
Dan Bongino is starting a new job.
President Donald Trump, Attorney General Pam Bondi, and Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Kash Patel have tapped Bongino for a career change.
The former Secret Service agent, Maryland Congressional candidate, hit talk-show host, and Rumble investor was tapped as Deputy Director of the FBI.
And while Trump-loyalist Patel barely survived his U.S. Senate confirmation vote, 51-49, Bongino won’t need one to be Patel’s second-in-command.
“Great news for Law Enforcement and American Justice! Dan Bongino, a man of incredible love and passion for our Country, has just been named the next DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF THE FBI by the man who will be the best ever Director, Kash Patel,” President Trump posted on his Truth Social platform. “Dan has a Masters Degree in Psychology from C.U.N.Y., and an MBA from Penn State. He was a member of the New York Police Department (New York’s Finest!), a highly respected Special Agent with the United States Secret Service, and is now one of the most successful Podcasters in the Country, something he is willing and prepared to give up in order to serve. Working with our great new United States Attorney General, Pam Bondi, and Director Patel, Fairness, Justice, Law and Order will be brought back to America, and quickly. Congratulations, Dan!”

Unfortunately, as Deputy Director of the FBI, Bongino won’t be able to continue hosting his nationally syndicated radio show and podcast.
However, that doesn’t mean he’s abandoning his loyal fans.
Mrs. Bongino to run a brand-new media company
Following the news of his new role, Bongino gave his viewers and listeners insight into the behind-the-scenes process that led to him accepting a position as the number two man at the FBI.
Additionally, he gave his audience a massive update on the future of his show.
He announced that his final episode will be on March 14.

But while he can’t host a show, his brand isn’t going anywhere.
Bongino announced that he and his wife, Paula, have launched a new media company.
The Bonginos named the new company Silverloch, and Paula will run the company.
“Andrew Breitbart was right,” Bongino said. “Politics is downstream of culture. Culture shapes everything . . . and that is our goal here.”
Silverloch’s launch programming announced
So far, Silverloch has signed three shows for the launch of the brand.
Under this new banner, Evita Duffy-Alfonso will continue her role hosting The Bongino Report: Early Edition.
According to her bio on the Silverloch website, Duffy-Alfonso joined the Bongino team last year, and Triton Digital named her program “the #1 debut podcast of 2024.”
She is also the daughter of former Fox News host Rachel Campos-Duffy and current Secretary of Transportation, Sean Duffy.
Another Silverloch show will be The Nightly Scroll with Hayley Caronia.
Caronia has worked with OutKick, Newsmax, and Fox News, including on Hannity.
But what about the centerpiece – The Dan Bongino Show?
Of course, Bongino will not be able to host The Dan Bongino Show while working for the FBI.
So, he announced that he’s lined up Vince Coglianese to take over on the nationally syndicated radio show and podcast.
