Joe Biden spent four years sending your tax dollars to Ukraine.
Now declassified spy intercepts show Ukrainian officials were plotting to send some of it right back – straight into Biden’s re-election campaign.
Gabbard has the documents, and she’s deciding whether to call the FBI.
The Plot Hidden Inside a Clean Energy Grant
U.S. intelligence intercepted Ukrainian government communications in late 2022 describing a scheme to launder hundreds of millions of American tax dollars through USAID – money officially earmarked for clean energy infrastructure – and funnel approximately 90% of it to the Democratic National Committee and Joe Biden’s 2024 presidential campaign.
The plan, according to a declassified summary of the raw intercepts obtained by Just the News, wasn’t a vague discussion.
It was detailed.
Ukrainian officials and unspecified U.S. government personnel – operating through USAID’s office in Kyiv – identified an infrastructure project that could be approved and funded quickly, with the understanding it would later be deemed unnecessary.
By then, the money would already be gone.
“They were confident the project would be funded initially, even though at some time in the future the project would be disapproved as unnecessary,” the declassified document states. “At this time, the money would already be allocated and impossible to return or use for a different purpose.”
Two American subcontractors were identified as conduits to make the transfers untraceable.
Contracts would be deliberately structured to resist verification.
The entire architecture of the scheme was engineered to hide where the money went.
Biden’s Intelligence Community Looked the Other Way
Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard recently learned of the intercepts and immediately ordered USAID officials to search their records – to determine whether the plot was carried out and whether a criminal referral to the FBI is warranted.
Her team made a stunning discovery: there is no substantive evidence this explosive allegation was ever seriously investigated during the Biden administration.
Not by the FBI.
Not by USAID’s inspector general.
Not by anyone.
Think about what that means.
U.S. spy agencies intercepted communications from a foreign government discussing a scheme to steal hundreds of millions of your tax dollars and funnel them into the sitting president’s re-election campaign – and Biden’s Justice Department, Biden’s FBI, and Biden’s intelligence community did nothing.
Officials who reviewed the files said there “seemed to be a lack of curiosity” about investigating what they described as an “explosive allegation of foreign interference in a U.S. election.”
The intercepts are also not believed to be tied to Russian disinformation – meaning this isn’t Moscow playing games.
These are real communications from inside the Ukrainian government about a real plan.
This Is Bigger Than Anyone Is Admitting
Ukraine’s relationship with the Biden family is a decade-long pattern, not a one-time incident.
In April 2014 – five days after then-Vice President Biden met with Hunter Biden’s business partner Devon Archer at the White House – Archer joined the board of Burisma, the Ukrainian energy company owned by oligarch Mykola Zlochevsky.
Twelve days later, Hunter Biden followed.
Senators Chuck Grassley and Ron Johnson documented in a 2020 joint report that the Bidens collected millions from Zlochevsky over the following years – while Joe Biden simultaneously served as the Obama administration’s point man on Ukraine policy.
Grassley later obtained an FBI memo in which a confidential human source reported that Zlochevsky said he needed Hunter Biden on the board to “protect us through his dad, from all kinds of problems.”
Now comes a declassified intelligence intercept showing that in 2022 – while Biden was president and shoveling billions toward Kyiv – Ukrainian officials were discussing routing that money back into his campaign.
Joe Biden pardoned Hunter in December 2024 – not just for his gun and tax convictions, but for any federal offense committed between January 1, 2014 and December 1, 2024.
That date range covers the entire Burisma arrangement and everything that came after it.
Gabbard’s team is now working to determine whether what the intercepts described actually happened.
If it did, Joe Biden didn’t just profit from Ukraine’s corruption.
He used the American taxpayer as the funding mechanism.
