Kamala Harris didn’t know what hit her when this Supreme Court Justice dropped a major truth bomb

With self-proclaimed “journalists” and media talking heads doing everything they can to help her, Kamala Harris is riding high as the Democrats’ Presidential nominee.

She can literally do no wrong as Democrats’ media allies are frantically covering up her record, sweeping any missteps under the rug, and even flat-lying about her scant policy proposals.

And that’s largely why Kamala Harris didn’t know what hit her when this Supreme Court Justice dropped a major truth bomb.

The Biden-Harris court-packing scheme

Almost immediately after he surrendered to his fellow Democrat elites’ efforts to force him out of the Presidential race, President Joe Biden proposed a new left-wing court-packing scheme in which Supreme Court Justices would be held to 18-year term limits.

If enacted, Biden’s proposal would go into immediate effect, removing Constitutionalist Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito, as well as Chief Justice John Roberts, from the bench.

That would allow Biden – or more likely, Vice President Kamala Harris, should she win November’s election – to pack the Court with radical left-wing Justices who are beholden to Democrats’ woke ideology rather than the Constitution in the blink of an eye, giving them a 6-3 majority on the Court.

Unsurprisingly, Kamala couldn’t endorse the idea fast enough.

“President Biden and I strongly believe that the American people must have confidence in the Supreme Court,” Kamala claimed in a statement. “Yet today, there is a clear crisis of confidence facing the Supreme Court as its fairness has been called into question after numerous ethics scandals and decision after decision overturning long-standing precedent.”

In reality, what Kamala and Biden claim is a “clear crisis of confidence” is really just Democrat elites’ – and their woke left-wing outrage mob minions’ – panic over the idea that they don’t control the Supreme Court in the same way they do the rest of America’s weaponized government.

After all, when Democrats claim there is a “threat to democracy,” what they really mean is that there is a threat to their stranglehold on power and control.

“Be careful”

And Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch drove home that fact in a recent interview with Fox News’ Shannon Bream, in which he lambasted their efforts to destroy the independence of America’s judicial system.

“What does [the independent judiciary] mean to you as an American?” Gorsuch began. “It means that when you’re unpopular, you can get a fair hearing under the law and under the Constitution. If you’re in the majority, you don’t need judges and juries to hear you and protect your rights. You’re popular.”

As Justice Gorsuch explained, the Supreme Court isn’t meant to only protect what the current majority views as their “rights,” but rather, all Americans’ God-given, natural rights.

“It’s there for the moments when the spotlight is on you when the government is coming after you,” Gorsuch said. “And don’t you want a ferociously independent judge and a jury of your peers to make those decisions? Isn’t that your right as an American? And so, I just say, be careful.”

After decades of a Supreme Court that kowtowed to their demands and ensured their desired political outcomes were achieved, Democrats are having a hard time accepting the reality of what the Court is supposed to be under the Constitution.

They live under the illusion that every American institution should do their bidding and help advance their agenda, largely because that’s been the case for so long.

But now, the Supreme Court is finally doing its job by putting the Constitution, not Democrats’ wish list, first.

And as a result, Democrats are now hellbent on destroying the Supreme Court.
