Kamala Harris ticked off Americans with this demand to ban an item humans have used for thousands of years

Kamala Harris’ campaign strategy is to simply claim she no longer supports any of the extreme left-wing policies she previously pushed for while pretending to be a “moderate.”

She can of course get away with such blatantly obvious lies and distortions when virtually the entire media and Big Tech are bending over backwards to cover for her.

But Kamala Harris ticked off Americans with this demand to ban an item humans have used for thousands of years.

Kamala throws 5,500 years of tradition out the window

Back in 2022, the Russian Academy of Sciences released a bombshell study in which they revealed that eight gold and silver tubes previously discovered in 1897 were, in fact, the oldest known drinking straws in the world.

That means that humans have been using drinking straws for at least 5,500 years, if not more, dating all the way back to the ancient Sumerians, who were the first known civilization in human history.

Despite the fact that humans have been enjoying refreshing beverages through the devices for virtually as long as human civilization has existed, Vice President Kamala Harris told a CNN town hall during her 2020 Presidential campaign that she would ban modern plastic straws.

“I think we could do a little bit better than some of those flimsy [paper] straws, but we do need to ban the plastic,” Kamala said at the time.

Of course, ruling class elites, like Kamala, are so detached from the reality the working class face on a daily basis, they’ve decided that their environmental extremist agenda – which is nothing more than a scheme to obtain more power and control over the people – trumps Americans’ need for straws that don’t instantly dissolve the moment they come into contact with liquid.

Ultimately, all that matters to Kamala and her fellow Democrats is that they force their ridiculous demands on the rest of the nation.

But while Kamala made her position known on national television, and numerous videos of her comments are still floating around today, her campaign handlers have now decided that she longer supports such a ban.

“She doesn’t support banning plastic straws,” Axios’ Alex Thompson claimed, citing nothing more than a Kamala campaign staffer, and failing to explain how such a flip-flop comes to be.

Obviously though, this is Kamala’s entire campaign strategy.

It’s all political theater

Her handlers have walked back virtually every radical left-wing position she’s ever held in an effort to pretend as though she’s a “moderate” who appeals to voters across the political spectrum.

And Democrats’ media allies, like Axios, are doing their part to further the charade by providing her cover for every one of her flip-flops, just as they did with her plastic straw ban.

The aforementioned Thompson proved that recently when he also did his best to explain away Kamala’s flip-flop on her previous support for a ban on private health insurance that would have put every single American on government-controlled Medicare.

“A Harris campaign aide explained to Axios that she’s no longer pushing Medicare for All because of what she learned during her four years of experience in the White House, and seeing how the Biden administration has expanded coverage through the Affordable Care Act,” Thompson claimed.

Needless to say, this is all part of the ruling class elites’ plan to install Kamala in the White House to ensure they can continue their efforts to seize more power and control over the working class.

They want to keep her hidden, allow the media to push their propaganda narratives, and create a manufactured perception of Kamala that doesn’t require her to ever speak without a teleprompter or memorize a script crafted by Hollywood screenwriters.

It’s all because they know that if she does speak her own words, she’s going to expose herself as the left-wing radical she truly is.

And there’s little doubt that if Americans truly got to know who Kamala Harris truly is, she’d stand no chance in November’s election.
