Since the moment Donald Trump announced that J.D. Vance would be his running mate, Democrats and their media allies have gone all-in on character assassination attacks against him.

They want nothing more than to permanently damage his reputation beyond repair.

But now Laura Ingraham uttered two words to J.D. Vance that caused Democrats to fly completely off the handle.

J.D. Vance dropped the hammer on Democrats’ middle school gossip strategy

From the moment it started to become clear that Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH) had emerged as one of the finalists to be former President Donald Trump’s Vice Presidential running mate, Democrats and their media allies got to work manufacturing a massive character assassination campaign against him.

They not only wanted to harm the Trump-Vance ticket, but also the Ohio Senator’s reputation to ensure that he could never fulfill his potential as one of the Republican Party’s brightest young stars with a potential future Presidential run of his own.

In fact, in his very first speech as Vice President Kamala Harris’ running mate, Minnesota Democrat Governor Tim Walz declared Vance as “weird,” even though he’s not the one trying to give young boys in government schools tampons for some reason.

And like clockwork, Democrats and their media allies all immediately latched onto the claim, pushing it far and wide in order to poison Vance’s candidacy.

“Ever since Tim Walz accused JD Vance and his running mate of being ‘weird,’ the Republican vice presidential nominee has struggled to escape the perception, at least according to his political opponents, that he’s a strange, awkward guy who emerged from the right-wing corners of Silicon Valley and the Internet,” The Independent reported. “Sure, it may be hard to compete with the carnival charisma of Donald Trump, but another week on the campaign trail seemed to do little to change the attack lines against Vance.”

During a recent interview with Fox News’ Laura Ingraham, Senator Vance discussed the character assassination campaign Democrats and their media allies are running against him.

Ingraham noted that she’s known Vance personally for a “long time” and believes he has a great personality, while asking the Senator how he and Trump can convince the few remaining undecided voters that the caricature the media has created of them is not legitimate.

“I guess they do these polls and they say, ‘oh, your favorability isn’t as high as Tim Walz’s,’ there’s a gender gap for your ticket compared to Harris and Walz,” Ingraham said. “How do you go to the undecideds at this point – this shrinking pool of people and convince them that not only are you serious and you’re seriously smart, but you’re a regular person?”

“I’ve known you for a long time and you’re really fun, you’re really funny, vs the giggle and vibe show that seems to work for a lot of women voters out there,” she added.

J.D. Vance drives into the lane to dunk on Kamala Harris and Tim Walz

Senator Vance told Ingraham that overcoming Democrats’ propaganda attacks was simply a matter of meeting “as many people as possible,” and being totally authentic with voters.

“I know this is Donald Trump’s approach, too. We don’t do the scripted stuff. We don’t only speak in front of the teleprompter,” Vance said, before adding that he and Trump “actually like to get out there and give some unscripted remarks, some press conferences, and also just go out there and talk to people.”

“And that’s what I’m gonna keep on doing, Laura,” he continued. “I don’t put much stock in the polls, even the polls that show us ahead.”

As expected, the Kamala campaign responded to the interview by taking to social media to once again ridicule Vance.

But as a Marine who did, in fact, actually serve in a combat zone in Iraq, the Ohio Senator isn’t going to back down from attacks levied by a “schoolyard bully” like Walz, his fellow Democrats, and their media allies.

And that will only help both J.D. Vance and Donald Trump throughout the remaining weeks of this campaign as Democrats will only turn up the character assassination attacks from here.
