Donald Trump’s glee and cheer after his sweeping electoral victory was short lived.
He might not be out of the woods with the endless lawfare just yet.
Because Letitia James just announced she is seeing red after hitting Donald Trump with this terrible news.
Letitia James announces lawfare is just the beginning
In 2018, Letitia James campaigned on the promise to spend 100% of her effort on going after Donald Trump.
The New York Attorney General completed that promise when she successfully hit Donald Trump with a half a billion dollar judgment in a civil fraud lawsuit where nobody was actually defrauded.
The New York Democrat Judge that oversaw the trial did not hesitate to hand the questionable, at best, victory to James.
The New York Court of Appeals has already made it clear that James’ victory opened a nasty can of worms when she said that she could take all of Trump’s money, despite there being no victim or wrongdoing, whatsoever.
The Appeals Court is hinting that they are likely to toss the judgment out, altogether.
But that apparently meant nothing to Letitia James.
James ready to ignore Appeals Court
Just moments after the election was announced for Donald Trump, James held a press conference in which she promised to continue targeting Donald Trump every day of his presidency.
“We have been working both in my office and with other Democratic AGs across this country to make sure that we would be ready to respond to any attempt to roll back our rights,” started James.
“So here we are. We studied their platforms. We’ve identified certain possibilities, fact patterns. We’ve created contingency plans,” she added.
“So no matter what the next administration throws at us. We’re ready,” continued the radical New York Attorney General. “We’re ready to respond to their attacks. We’re ready to respond to any attempts to cut or eliminate any funding to the great state of New York, as the governor outlined.”
James even stated that she would sue any court that got in her way, with the ultimate goal of enforcing her radical woke agenda.
“So just so despite what has happened on the national stage, we will continue to stand tall in the face of injustice, revenge, or retribution,” she rambled. “We will continue to protect our most vulnerable and marginalized among us.”
The office that James was elected to was intended to enforce the law while defending the Constitution of the United States.
But James is using the position as a tool to go after her least favorite political opponent – Donald Trump.
“Because it is my sworn duty and responsibility to lead that fight. Working with the governor of this great state, Kathy Hochul. This is not the time to be fearful, New York,” postured the disgraced Leftist Attorney General.
“But faithful and steadfast. Knowing that I, as the attorney general, along with my entire team, we are guardians of the law,” concluded James. “And we are prepared, my friends, to fight back.”
James appears blind to the fact that whenever a radical Democrat prosecutor ignored their jobs in order to manufacture a bogus case against Trump in 2024, his poll numbers skyrocketed.
Some political experts have even accredited Trump’s historic comeback story to the work of Letitia James, along with Alvin Bragg, Jack Smith, and Fani Willis.
But James cannot seem to read the writing on the wall, and instead is vowing to dedicate her time in office over the next four years to resistance to all of Trump’s policies.
