Senate Democrats Got Busted Handing Soros the Very Data Files They Are Blocking Trump From

Senate Democrats spent two weeks filibustering the SAVE America Act – Trump's voter integrity bill that more than 70% of Americans support.

Now we know what they were protecting.

Turns out Democrat-run states have been handing their complete voter rolls to George Soros-linked organizations for years – and they just told DHS it can never have that same data.

The Deal Democrats Made With Soros

Here's what's been happening quietly while Senate Democrats lectured America about election privacy. Democrat-run states share their full voter data – names, addresses, dates of birth, driver's license numbers, height, weight, hair color, eye color – with a left-wing group called the Electronic Registration Information Center, known as ERIC.

ERIC routes that data to the Center for Election Innovation & Research, an organization bankrolled by the same Zuckerberg money that flooded local election offices in 2020.

The SAVE America Act would require those same states to share that same data with the Department of Homeland Security so federal authorities can check it against citizenship records.

Senate Democrats called that an unconstitutional invasion of privacy and filibustered the bill.

They already gave all of it to liberal activists.

ERIC's arrangement is worse than a simple data-sharing program. Membership requires states to send ERIC a list of everyone who interacts with their DMV – citizens and noncitizens alike. ERIC then sends states a list of "eligible but unregistered" voters to contact with registration mailers. The problem: noncitizens show up in DMV data too. Colorado's secretary of state sent 30,000 noncitizens those exact mailers.

The System That Only Adds Voters

Ned Jones, director of the Citizens Election Research Center at the Election Integrity Network, explained exactly how ERIC operates – it is a voter roll "management system, despite only mandating that voters be added and never removed."

ERIC has 25 member states and the District of Columbia. Only three are run by Republicans. Every single Democrat-run member state has senators who spent the last two weeks blocking the SAVE America Act on the Senate floor.

The bill passed the House in February. Democrats have been filibustering it ever since, and without 60 votes, they're winning.

ERIC's founder, David Becker – who also founded the Zuckbucks-connected CEIR – spent years publicly claiming noncitizen voting was not happening. He was also a lobbyist for the George Soros dark money-funded People for the American Way, which runs the anti-conservative "Right Wing Watch."

The man who built the system Democrats use to manage voter rolls was a Soros operative who denied noncitizen voting existed.

Sen. Jack Reed of Rhode Island – a Democrat whose state shares all of this data with ERIC – stood on the Senate floor and said he would "personally" not trust DHS with voter roll information. His office refused to respond to two requests for comment about the inconsistency.

This Is Not About Privacy

The privacy argument collapses the moment you know who already has this data.

George Soros and Zuckerberg-funded organizations have it. The Department of Homeland Security cannot.

The Biden administration actually sued Virginia for trying to remove 6,300 noncitizens from its voter rolls. Alabama found 3,251 people with noncitizen identification numbers still registered to vote.

Sen. Mike Lee, who co-sponsored the SAVE America Act, pointed out that the bill includes free alternatives for anyone who lacks documentation – sworn attestations, state follow-up processes, multiple pathways to verify citizenship without spending a dollar.

Democrats' position – that basic paperwork is too high a bar to ask of voters while thousands of noncitizens stay on the rolls – is the position of people who want those noncitizens there and cannot say so out loud.

They blocked Trump from cleaning this up. They handed the data to Soros instead.

That is the Democratic election integrity agenda, explained without euphemisms.
