ICE Just Made an Example Out of the First of the Noncitizens Louisiana Found Voting

Democrats have spent years swearing noncitizen voter fraud never happens in America.

Louisiana's own Secretary of State already found 83 names that prove otherwise.

ICE picked one of those names to make an example out of first.

A Voter Fraud Pattern Louisiana's Own Secretary of State Uncovered

Denise Nataly Migliore left Sydney, Australia, and settled in Franklinton, Louisiana.

She got her green card.

She never became an American citizen.

None of that stopped her from checking the citizenship box on a voter registration form anyway.

She did it in October of 2022.

She did it again in October of 2024.

Prosecutors say she knew exactly what she was doing both times.

Then she voted.

She cast a ballot in the 2022 midterms.

She cast another one in the 2024 election that sent Donald Trump back to the White House.

A federal grand jury indicted her on four counts on June 11.

She walked into the federal courthouse in New Orleans on July 1.

ICE's Homeland Security Investigations division was there to arrest her.

She's now looking at five years in federal prison and possible deportation back to Australia.

Migliore isn't a one-off.

She's one name on a list of 83 noncitizens Louisiana Secretary of State Nancy Landry found on the voter rolls after running them through the federal SAVE database, some of whom had been voting since the 1980s.

Kash Patel's FBI Is Already Chasing the Same Pattern Nationwide

Four noncitizens in New Jersey – from Liberia, Jamaica, Israel and India – are already facing charges for voting in the 2020, 2022 and 2024 federal elections.

Prosecutors say each of them later lied on naturalization paperwork, swearing under penalty of perjury that they had never voted in a federal election.

One of them is looking at up to 16 years in federal prison if convicted.

FBI Director Kash Patel said the bureau is done pretending this doesn't happen.

"Noncitizens voting is a federal crime, period," Patel said.

A Canadian citizen in North Carolina was hit with the same charges after allegedly voting in New Hanover and Pender County elections for two decades.

He's lived in the United States since the 1960s and never became a citizen.

That's six separate federal cases in a matter of months, and that's only counting the ones that got caught.

DHS made the message about as blunt as it gets.

"We will find you, arrest you and you will face the consequences," DHS's Lauren Bis said of alien voters.

DHS has already issued a directive ordering ICE to deport any illegal immigrant caught voting in an American election.

The honor system just cost six people their freedom instead of a rejection letter.

Blue States Are Fighting the Very Tool That Catches These Cases

Louisiana caught its 83 noncitizen voters because Nancy Landry actually used the SAVE database, and a new state law now forces every future secretary of state to keep using it.

New York Governor Kathy Hochul spent that same week pushing the opposite approach, backing a plan to let people sue ICE agents and bar police from cooperating with them.

These are the same officials who insist noncitizen voting "never happens."

Louisiana just proved it happens 83 times in one state alone.

Analysis

Ask yourself why the states doing everything possible to block a citizenship check are always run by the same party that tells you this problem doesn't exist.

Louisiana ran one search and found 83 names.

Illinois is fighting the Justice Department in court rather than run that same search on its own rolls.

That's not an accident, and it's not bureaucratic caution.

That's a party that knows exactly what a real audit would turn up in states they can't afford to lose.

Every noncitizen who casts a federal ballot cancels out a citizen who earned that right the hard way.

Kash Patel's FBI and Nancy Landry's office just proved this isn't complicated.

Run the check, find the fraud, prosecute it.

Denise Migliore gets her day in court, and if convicted, a flight home to Sydney.

Every state that refuses to run this same search already knows what it would find, and knows exactly why it doesn't want you to see it.
