Jill Biden stood on the debate stage in June 2024 and told the world Joe did "such a great job."
Now she's written a book admitting she thought he was having a stroke while she said it.
And buried in that same book is something about Kamala Harris that explains exactly why the Democrat Party is in the shape it's in.
The Call That Exposed Kamala Harris
On July 21, 2024, Joe Biden called Kamala Harris to tell her he was dropping out – the first president since Lyndon Johnson in 1968 to walk away from a second term.
Harris said, "Oh my God, Joe. Are you sure?"
Then, according to Jill Biden's memoir View from the East Wing, Harris switched into what Jill describes as "prosecutor mode" and immediately began pressing for his endorsement.
Biden suggested waiting until morning.
Harris said she wanted it sooner.
Biden said he'd call back when he figured it out.
Harris asked if he could do it in 20 minutes.
Jill Biden got up and walked out of the room.
Joe Biden endorsed her that same day.
She Knew at the Debate and Said the Opposite
The woman who walked out of that room had stood on a debate stage three weeks earlier and told America everything was fine.
It wasn't.
"I thought, 'Oh my God, he's having a stroke,'" Jill told CBS News. "It scared me to death. I had never, ever seen Joe like that before or since."
After the debate, Biden whispered to her: "I really f**ked up, didn't I?"
"Yes, you did," she replied.
Then she turned around and praised his performance to a crowd of supporters.
Trump hit the obvious question on Truth Social – if she believed her husband was stroking out on live television, why didn't she rush onto the stage to help him "as any good wife would do?"
He didn't stop there.
"Did my strong performance in that debate cause him to plain and simple 'choke,' leading to his ignominious defeat, or were other reasons the cause?" Trump wrote. "Nobody else knows the answer to that, BUT I DO!!!"
The Cancer Nobody Caught
Four months after leaving the White House, in May 2025, Joe Biden was diagnosed with stage IV prostate cancer that had already spread to his bones.
Jill Biden calls the diagnosis "just shocking" – and says it was "somehow" missed by White House doctors, even though she had noticed her husband waking repeatedly in the middle of the night during his final year in office and had urged his doctors to send him to a urologist.
A PSA blood test is standard in any routine physical for a man Biden's age.
Either the White House medical team missed an aggressive cancer spreading through the bones of the sitting president of the United States – or they didn't.
Jill Biden kept a man with worsening health in the most demanding job on the planet, told Democrats calling for his withdrawal that he was sharp and capable, and now says the cancer diagnosis was an inexplicable surprise.
Two Memoirs and the Same Conclusion
Here is what the socialist Democrats won't say out loud.
Kamala Harris published her own memoir last year – 107 Days – in which she admitted Biden "greatly disappointed" and "angered" her, and said his motivation was "all about himself."
So Jill is furious at Kamala. Kamala is furious at Joe. Joe is gone.
After the election, the Wall Street Journal reported the Biden-Harris relationship had turned "frosty," with the two couples refusing to acknowledge each other at the Kennedy Center Honors in December 2024 – standing side by side without making eye contact once.

Four years. Two people who couldn't stand each other running the country together. A president his own wife feared was having a stroke. A vice president who wanted his endorsement before the body was cold.
Jill Biden wants credit for telling the truth now – two years later, with a book to sell.
The truth was available in June 2024. She chose the stage and the applause instead.
